High quality customer experience&professionalism
Before I chose ANWB, I approached to another web-based trader which was unprefessional. Although they made high offer at the beginning, the dealer has offered much less than the initial offer. However, ANWB is really working with professional, very well organized and experienced staff which made me very pleased and satisfied. There was no hassle, no bargaining, no excuses to lower the initial guaranteed offer etc. ANWB is providing highly professional and very good customer experience and really recommended!!

Everything went quick & clear. I received a competitive offer matching the highest prices at other dealerships (though I was hoping for a higher sum 😄).
I made an appointment at Utrecht, everything was done in under an hour.
My 2020 car with 100k+ km mileage wasn't dug into, wasn't examined under a microscope. The car had a few stone chips and small flaws, but no one mentioned them.
I got the money the next working day, as discussed.

Easy option for smooth sales but a bit lower price obviously
Everything went pretty smooth. Only thing is if you request a price please accept the quote within 5 days otherwise if you request again with same info and they reduce the price. For me due to this reason I had a loss of 200 euros.

Car valuation is nonsense
The online evaluation tool gave me a generic sale value of €21000 for my car. My car is in far better than average condition and the photos confirmed this. However, ANWB only offered to buy my car for €16000. I find this discrepancy both confusing and insulting. I sold my car elsewhere for a much better price.

Hallo Jeremy, we hebben nogmaals naar de afgegeven waarde gekeken, van de door jou aangevraagde Audi. Over de waarde kunnen we hooguit zeggen dat deze misschien iets aan de voorzichtige kant is. Het belangrijkste argument voor deze waarde is dat de auto als verhuisgoed is geïmporteerd. Dat betekent dat verkoop in het buitenland economisch niet meer mogelijk is, door het ontbreken van rest – bpm. Natuurlijk vinden we het niet leuk om te lezen als het, overigens kosteloze voorstel, als teleurstellend wordt ervaren. Toch is er bij de waarde afgifte geen grote fout gemaakt.
