Prima service. Auto was in no time ingenomen

It is an easy and fast way to sell the car. Everything went well without issues and delays.

Good service, very easy to understand what you need. Good communication via email for the proposed price, and making of the appointment to deliver the vehicle. Sale was well organised and I was paid promptly, at a good price. No unnecessary negotiations, not attmept to reduce the proposed price. Be a good customer and be honest about the vehicle you're selling and it all goes well! Brilliant service and hassle free when selling.

This service was completely hassle free. No messing around, the whole procedure took approximately 30 mins and I walked out with exactly the amount I was guaranteed to be paid. Professional and easy.

My advise for sellers, before you put your car in Marktplaats ask for an offer from ANWB, it is free and relatively fast. If you like the offer don't waste your time and money on ads in Marktplaat or other similar sellers (P.S. I tried wijkopen and got 30% less offer).

A long time member of ANWB, I thought that selling my car through that association would secure an honest transfer. After uploading photos and entering all data, I was offered a guaranteed price of 2,600.

As there were clear photos of all damage and I had realized that the state of the tyres was better than reported, I secretly wondered if they would offer more when inspecting the car.

I was surprised to realize that I did not have to deal with ANWB at all, but a private company (Logicx) who seemed to be the broker for a car dealer (BCA). However, I still felt very confident when they went to inspect the car. After a while, the lady came back and had BCA on the phone who told me that they would offer me 2,400 for the vehicle (200 less than the 'guaranteed' price). There were scratches, the guy on the phone said. Of course, the car had driven almost 250,000 km, and I had sent photos of the clearly visible scratches. I insisted on them showing me why this would reduce the value. Reluctantly the lady pointed out some barely visible scratches. She could see that we were not impressed, and out of the blue, she suddenly said 'it smells of diesel'. No, it didn't, and she clearly did not want to discuss more. I got the phone again and was told that this is the price they offer. Under pressure, and quickly thinking through my alternative options I accepted. I had already rejected two bids that were more attractive, but that was probably too late now.

All in all, I left the Logicx office with a feeling of being scammed. This service fully lives up to the worst stereotypes of used car dealers.

I would strongly recommend ANWB to dissociate themselves from this affair.

EDIT: I see that most reviewers are satisfied, and ANWB often engages with more critical customers. It should be noted, that my experience was with the branch in Amsterdam, and I realize that many people have not been as unfortunate.

Today I have sold my car via ANWB verkoop service. I am very pleased with the professional attitude and fast and reliable service that was provided by the ANWB employee. We were offered a satisfactory price. We also had a warm drink while waiting. Signing of the documents happened 20 minutes after car delivery and were on our way home after 25 minutes in total of waiting. I recommend the ANWB service.

Very kind, very professional

Today I have sold my 16 years old Opel Meriva via the ANWB taxation service to Logicx Den Bosch, an affiliate of BCA Inkoop. The initial taxation price offered by the ANWP has been €850 - based on the descriptions and photos which I had uploaded on this site.
Because I needed to re-schedule my appointment due to a change in my agenda, I got into contact with Logicx beforehand. They been very helpful and offered immediately a new time slot on the same day. The lady on the phone also made sure that this new information had been entered on their programming sheet.
Arriving at Logicx I received a gratis cappuccino and was complimented into a waiting room, making sure that Corona rules are fully applied. It took not very long that the car-expert came to start the check of my Opel Meriva. The lady at the helpdesk explained that it would take a bit longer because of some differences between the photos I had send the result of the inspection. Of course I was a bit concerned, but felt that they were communicating about the process very clear and upfront. After a while the lady returned and explained that I would need to talk to the responsible person at BCA. For this purpose I received the mobile phone with speaker function so that I did not need to touch the phone (C-19). The person from BCA explained that they had discovered some dens on the right side and that the necessary repairs would make it necessary to reduce the price to only half of the original sum, namely €425. This was of course not exactly according to my expectations, But the person from BCA explained the reasons in a very clear and convincing way. He gave me some time to reflect upon this proposal and I accepted!
Finally, the lady at the Logicx desk helped me quickly through the paper work and even provided me with a gratis Corona-facemask for getting allowance to enter the bus for my ride back home. I thought that this was extremely helpful.
My overall impression of both BCA and Logicx was that they are very service-minded, friendly, helpful, transparent and professional at every stage of the process. The facilities have been clean and the attention to Corona has been perfect. I would always recommend them.

If you want to sell your car fast and without hassle, of course very low price, you can use it. It takes 2 weeks to get an appointment after the price email they sent you. And it only took 15 minutes to sell it when you reach the place.

The manager welcomed us in French.
The whole team was kind, efficient and dedicated.
The process, from registration to handing the keys was very smooth and transparent.
