Richard was very clear what he was here to do, he was very polite and hoovered up after himself ☺️

All Anwyl staff have been friendly, approachable and professional from our first contact with the sales team, Jason and Sarah, through to the site managers, Elliott and Gaz. All snagging issues were followed up promptly and contractors were also friendly and efficient. The painter and decorator, Dean, deserves special mention for his friendly and positive approach. We had a few problems identifying and resolving a plumbing issue. The issues were down to the contractor's installation and poor response to snagging concerns. When we flagged followed up with Jason and Gaz they were quickly resolved. We think our experience has been good because of the people still working on site. Whilst we have flagged any issues with Customer Services, who have resolved the majority swiftly, it has been our relationships with the on-site team which have been most valuable. They have gone above and beyond to make our move successful.

Chris was very helpful and did a great job.

Chris Appleton arrived at 9am prompt with a smile, most importantly his shoes covers were in his hand, he took care inside the house, leaving no mess, did a perfect job of the painting, was genuine & a lovely man.

We moved into our new home in November 2025. The general build quality and fit and finish is good. As you can imagine there have been issues that have required snagging, but they've been managed well by Sarah, the Customer Service Co‑ordinator for our development at Anwyl'shead office. Great job Sarah. The quality of remediation work has been good too.

Both Richard & Josh always arrive punctually, discuss and explain the best ways to resolve issues / problems – and work very well as a team together to complete any job required.

My husband purchased a house at the end of 2025 on the deva green estate. We’ve recently had all our snag work completed by the site team and we are very happy. Thank you all!

When you buy a house, you want to have committed people in place that help sort out any snagging issues without further ado. Elliot from Anwyl was that committed person upon whom we could always rely. He was always only a phone call away when we needed his help. Great work!

We have moved into Eagles Green and the site is truly lovely and location is amazing! Our Longford is outstanding, the size of property inside and out is amazing and we have so much space!

We moved in Feb and we had a site manager who left the company unexpectedly which led to delayed jobs but the current site manager, Ian Tomlinson, stepped up and looked after a lot of jobs but he kept us informed every step of the way and arranged to get all our snags sorted. Tradesman were all lovely and approachable.

We had a leak on a Sunday week after we moved in (nothing major) and I raised the issue and 10 mins later a plumber showed up and fixed it.

Sales team are so lovely and very helpful!

This was our first new build and I am happy with our experience overall.

We’ve had a great experience with the site team in Chester from start to finish. The customer care team have been excellent and always quick to help with any questions we had. The sales team were also very helpful throughout the whole process and made everything easy and stress-free. We’re very happy with our new home and would definitely recommend.

We have been in our lovely new home for three months now, and we are incredibly grateful for the amazing team here. The house is gorgeous and beyond our expectations - most importantly is the building materials, but also the layout, the landscape and even the driveway. ^.*

Since moving in, our site manager Ian has made a world of difference over the last three months. He is a hands-on manager who takes quality seriously.

He is efficient, responsible, and always ensures any issues are dealt with promptly. We are just sorting out the last few minor snags with him now, and his ongoing support has been brilliant. A big thank you to Ian and his Anwly team for their high standards and hard work!

I moved into my Anwyl home in Sep 2025. This was my second house and loved the setup of Deva Green. I dealt with Dave & Matthew who were very helpful throughout the whole process of moving in and completing snags in a quick and efficient manor. I would highly recommend buying a Anwyl home as the quality and customer service is great.

Richard was an exceptional help and was very informative and chatty. Made the experience of welcoming him into my home to complete work so much more comfortable. The service provided was great and he solved the issue I had in a timely manner also completing the work and cleaning up afterwards.

Richard Nelson from Anwyl attended to adjust the kickboard in the kitchen so as the dishwasher door could open.
He arrived on time and was extremely helpful (as I had a couple of other small queries) , job completed no problem

The site team at Chester have been amazing. We’re very happy with our new home and especially thankful to Matt for resolving all the items we raised. Overall, we’re extremely pleased with the service and our new home.

Really pleased with the aftercare provided by the Site Team, Matt and Shane, with going the extra mile to get everything done!

The cement sealing around the house has been done very poorly, and there are obvious gaps and unfinished areas. Because of these gaps near the roof above the front door, bees are now entering. Then I contact the customer service, they ask me to call out own contractor filling under 2 years warranty.
This is not only unacceptable workmanship, but also a potential safety and hygiene concern for my family.

I expected a much higher standard, especially for a newly built property. The current condition clearly shows a lack of proper finishing and quality control.
I would give 0 star if I can.

Paul was very friendly and helpful! Explained the issues well and worked very quickly, he also ensured everything was back to how it was before.

Tony is a pleasure to come and do the jobs needed, courteous, friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
