Incredible customer service. Had a user error causing severe damage to the magnetic plate during my 2nd day of owning a brand new 3D printer, and support quickly replied with questions to clarify what solution I needed. All was rectified by having replacement parts sent out immediately for no charge. I buy lots of Anycubic products, and this keeps me purchasing.

Any time I have had an issue, support has always been there to help and quickly. Cannot say enough about how good they are.

Had a problem with the z-axe of the Anycubic Kobra S1. I contacted support and received immediate help. The steppermotor and the driver board were replaced as quickly as possible and without any problems. Very good service!

I've opened several tickets for various reasons, and I've always received a response and assistance, although sometimes it took a few days. As with any company, there are those who complain and those who don't. My experience so far has been positive. Unfortunately, the huge volume of requests from users also affects response times.

Ordering is realy terrible, ordered filament and the printer on 9 feb 26.
I received the printer at 22 april 26. The filament is still not delivered.

Meanwhile the printer works fine. But when you order something the aventure can begin. Man oh man..

the support team is awesome. Helped me diagnose the issues and send me the replacement part right away for free. Highly recommended!

They were very fast with their support answers on their website. Making a ticket was easy and they quickly understood my problem. They kept sending tickets back AND emails to fully make sure i had gotten their message. This ticket took a week due to me not checking my emails, but they sent a message a day or less after each reply!

Great costumer service!!! They deserve 5 stars and more! I had a few issues and they were very quick and kind to resolve them. The Anycubic app is great to see the progress and manage your prints and the slicer gives you so granular control over how your model will print, the speed and quality among others.

I own several Anycubic FDM printers. I had just bought my first resin printers from Anycubic, and they arrived with minor damage. I submitted a support ticket, and the problem was quickly resolved. Suzzie was awesome!
