My experience with Anycubic has been great. Their customer service people are always helpful and responsive. You just need to understand there is a time difference which means sometimes responses seem longer than should but I am very happy with the company.
Anycubic support has been very good.
Every item manufactured by mankind will have issues, think of Apollo 13! NASA spares no expense if the development and manufacture of the parts that go into sending a human into space. Crap happens. When something goes wrong it is the response of the people behind the scenes and the company behind them that matters. I have had some issues with my printer BUT everytime, Anycubic's support team has been there to bail me out. I can't say enough good about the support received by Gavin and Jeffrey. They are great! While every manufacturer of 3D printers has the occasional issue (they don't make every part they use and every manufacturer uses many of the same parts) it's the support of the company to their customers that matters and Anycubic has been great. Once the Kobra S1 Max catches up to their order backlog I will most likely add one. Keep up the good work Anycubic!

Had an issue with multiple 10409 and 11407 errors associated with print head errors resulting in me breaking the printhead covers after multiple removal and replacements of the cover to access the hot end. I wrote to the support group asking the cost of a new printhead cover, front and rear. Instead of replying with the cost details, they shipped a new set of cover free of charge.

Absolutely thrilled with the top Service!
I reported an issue, sent along a few pictures and a video and within 24h got an answer with the solution! A new printhead module was on its way to me.

Anycubic support replied to my enquiry very quickly and sent a replacement part as soon as one was available. This took some time from China but it fixed the issue. I also appreciated they checked in to see if it worked.

I have been using Anycubic machines for a while, and once again, their support team has exceeded my expectations.
Recently, I faced a hardware issue with my M7 Pro. As an experienced user, I appreciated how the support agent (Suarez) handled the case. Instead of generic answers, they provided a clear troubleshooting guide that helped identify a faulty limit switch.
After confirming the hardware failure through videos, the team was incredibly agile and helpful. They immediately approved the replacement of the sensor, the cable, and even the LCD screen that was damaged due to the sensor malfunction.
This is not my first time dealing with Anycubic support, and they are consistently helpful, professional, and goal-oriented. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its products and supports its users so efficiently. Highly recommended!

Printer had issues from the start (ACE Pro filament tangling, system unusable).
Support contacted since August 2025: multiple exchanges, detailed videos and photos provided, parts replaced as instructed.
Repair failed. Issue still affects all slots.
Support keeps requesting additional checks instead of providing a final resolution.
After months of effort, the machine is still not usable.
No real solution, only delays.

It’s been said so many times that the standard of customer support is first class and in my experience it’s one the the best I’ve come across. Speedy, polite and determined to get the solution. I wonder when there’s a less than five star review…My experience is that give the guys all the correct info and they will dirt the problem.

Had an issue with the Kobra x. When. I got a hold of them and showed them the broken part my cat had actually made it worse. They warrantied the part anyways and shipped me a new one.

I ordered the Kobra S1 kit over a month ago. Customer service repeatedly assured me that the printer would be shipped by April 20 at the latest (even though the information on the website guaranteed shipping within 48 hours and that the products were in stock). Today is April 22—I still don’t have a tracking number, I’m not getting any replies to my emails, and I don’t have the printer.
They are holding my money hostage while sending automated bot responses. If you value your time and money, buy from someone else. My birthday is ruined because of their incompetence. Total lack of respect for the customer.

Very happy with the after-sales service for my Anycubic Kobra X. The printer failed early on, but support responded quickly with clear solutions. They have already processed the shipment for the replacement parts (motor and cable). 10/10 warranty service.
