I had a problem with my printer. The Anycubic team helped me solve my problem.

Purchased my Anycubic Kobra 3 combo back in March this year as an upgrade from my entry/novice machine. I have experienced trouble free printing until recently. My machine would not extrude any filament however it would retract? I fully checked the print head before contacting Anycubic support however I failed to resolve the issue. Contacted Anycubic support to raise a ticket for my issue and I have to say the responses, advice on things to check including video examples has been fantastic. Mark was my ticket handler and I carefully and methodically worked through all things to check. On this occasion my eventual resolution was to fit a new print head. Mark also informed me that Anycubic would send me a replacement free of charge, Wow! perfect solution for me and the print head arrived very quickly. I fitted the new head and am now enjoying my 3d printing journey with this machine. Thank you :O)

I had an issue with the cable of the Y axle of my 3d printer, they sent me the cable and the sensor in a very short time and the service team was very fast to reply. Amazing service

I have to be honest, I had a problem with my new Kobra 3 Max due to the nozzle, and once I contacted support, they immediately took action to resolve the issue. There are few companies that are this responsive when it comes to support. Congratulations!

I had a problem with the extruder, I wasn't able to reassemble it properly and support sent me a new one. Great service, I'm very satisfied.

I had a lot of problems, z Axis homing, support send me new parts to replace and it helped,after then I had problems with multicolor printing,they send me a new extruder. All problems solved, support works very professional.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A KOBRA S1 PRINTER. The tables in these printers are warped, making it impossible to print a correct and uniform first layer! Technical support is limited to sending out parts, just as defective as the ones I'm asking for replacement! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Excelent service,fast respond times. Some parts went faulty on my printer which led to some damage.They provided me with new parts to repair the printer within the warranty.

Even on my not soo good english we were fast to solve my problems.

Allready I have 2x Kobra 3 and one s1 and I have some issues with fillament stuck in extruder with s1. I fixed but I lost the torsion spring, I contacted anycubic support and they sent the full extruder as replacement.

Very satisfied.
