Purchased my Anycubic Kobra 3 combo…
Purchased my Anycubic Kobra 3 combo back in March this year as an upgrade from my entry/novice machine. I have experienced trouble free printing until recently. My machine would not extrude any filament however it would retract? I fully checked the print head before contacting Anycubic support however I failed to resolve the issue. Contacted Anycubic support to raise a ticket for my issue and I have to say the responses, advice on things to check including video examples has been fantastic. Mark was my ticket handler and I carefully and methodically worked through all things to check. On this occasion my eventual resolution was to fit a new print head. Mark also informed me that Anycubic would send me a replacement free of charge, Wow! perfect solution for me and the print head arrived very quickly. I fitted the new head and am now enjoying my 3d printing journey with this machine. Thank you :O)

I had a lot of problems, z Axis homing, support send me new parts to replace and it helped,after then I had problems with multicolor printing,they send me a new extruder. All problems solved, support works very professional.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A KOBRA S1 PRINTER. The tables in these printers are warped, making it impossible to print a correct and uniform first layer! Technical support is limited to sending out parts, just as defective as the ones I'm asking for replacement! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Allready I have 2x Kobra 3 and one s1 and I have some issues with fillament stuck in extruder with s1. I fixed but I lost the torsion spring, I contacted anycubic support and they sent the full extruder as replacement.
