Very fine support
Had problem with the Z-offset not been saved, so I had to adjust the Z-offset every time I turn on the power. Support sent me a new mainboard.

I had an issue on my Kobra 2 pro with print quality. With Anycubic after sale we found the solution, it was unstable bed. They send me a new bed as warranty.
