Poor customer service
The sharpener which was effective and easy to use bit broke after a few months
Came with a warranty and I contacted customer services. After an initial reply I heard nothing and had to chase up numerous times. Was refused a replacement as it had broken in a strange way.
Not replacing the product isn’t the problem. But the fact I had to chase them up myself is very disappointing. And on top of this the tone of the emails was accusatory and unprofessional

Works reasonably well
Works reasonably well. I do normally sharpen knives on a whetstones which is hard to beat. Any sharp uses more of a scraping method which can be a little course. Also for the sucker to work has to be a really smooth surface.
My work tops are oak and the sucker does not attach.

Great customer support.
Firstly, my item(s) arrived very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the main item, so I got in touch with customer support and, after sharing some photos of the issue, I've been told to expect a replacement. Not only that, but, they don't need a return of the faulty item. Certainly, from a customer service point of view, I can't fault them.

Anysharp Bombarded my Instagram with every ad possible. Took a chance as looked and sounded good. It’s an ok knife sharpener. I think the design makes it look better than it is. Would search around before committing to buy.

This device , is as I saw on the video. Knives that were in the draw unused , because they'd dulled over time, were resharpened and became useable again. I'm blown away, I just assumed , a straight edged knife, could be resharpened & bought back into use. When I tried it with knives , with serrated edges, to my surprise......they resharpened. What a tool. 10/10 👏🏾👏🏾
