Unfair Treatment and Non-Payment of Salary and Incentive

I worked very hard and consistently delivered my best as a trainer at Anytime Fitness Jodhpur. Despite my dedication, punctuality, and service to members, the gym management refused to pay my rightful salary and earned incentives even after multiple respectful follow-ups.

It has now been over two months, and my payments are still pending. This experience has been mentally stressful and deeply disappointing.

I expected more professionalism from an internationally recognized brand like Anytime Fitness. I am posting this so that higher authorities can notice how some branches are treating their hardworking employees unfairly.

I hope the senior management takes this seriously and ensures fair practices across all locations.

I'm not the only one that they held…

I'm not the only one that they held hostage to membership and not letting me cancel my membership. They add up random fees that was not clearly stated at the beginning at the time of sign up. They continue to withdraw my bank without my consent. I have download a form on State Attorney General in California and filed a report on them. They are very unethical in how they conduct their business.

The worst over crowed gym in Colindale…

The worst over crowed gym in Colindale all equipment crowed with no space to work out Rude Manager poor attitude no communication skills he was very convincing to sign me and friends up after that very dismissive attitude and no guidance how to use difficult equipment . Any one reading this save your time and money there’s a new gym burnt oak so much better and really help staff . I withdrew my membership from anytime Colindale . Waste of time .

Apparently my membership is a "contract" so there is no cancellation. The staff are too greedy, lazy, and rude to find a way to cancel it and said I just have to pay the full 2 years of so called "membership".

refuse to cancel membership

I am trying to cancel my membership, and they refuse to do so unless I pay them $250. They send you to a third party to cancel and neither the 3rd party or the gym will assist with cancelling membership. Also, once I asked for cancellation, they are hitting me with random "club fees".

No internet at all not even your own - you workout here in silence . DONT USE THIS PLACE

This is seriously the worst gym in NSW . It has no internet so you can listen to music or watch youtube in between sets - but it goes the extra mile not only do they provide zero internet this gym will disable your internet also . It’s bad you can’t even load a word file that hasn’t been opened outside the doors - and without music and entertainment to reset yourself the workout is way worse and boating . My gym
Routine is so bad at this place because you and everyone else just sit there in silence it’s weird

In 2025 for a gym to have no internet and disable your personal internet it makes me think if they carnt even understand people use music amd stuff like that for inspiration when working out - if the trainers don’t even know that stuff - I doubt they know anything about actual. Fitness . I was gonna say don’t go here but actually you should go here - you have no idea how terrible gym access is with zero phone access . Do this once .

Seriously the faster this place goes bankrupt the better - we need a new gym

Even North Koreans have access to some internet - yes it’s co trolled and is only 4 sites but that’s better than this gym . North Korea has better internet than this gym

Don’t trust these money grabbing liars.

One star because you can’t give no stars which it deserves. I paid my first year in one. On my second year I explained I didn’t want to pay in full as I would be moving & may need to leave. After discussing this they got me to sight their contract & when I left they came after me for a further £188. & put debt collectors on me. Do not trust any thing they say, in fact do all communications on E-mail so there’s a record, that they can’t lie their way out of it.

Anytime Fitness ( A fancy shop with bland food )

Dear Team,

I have been associated with Anytime Fitness C-Scheme for more than six months, and I would like to provide my feedback. Unfortunately, it has been the worst gym experience I’ve had. It's more of a business than a gym. While their membership fees are higher compared to other gyms in the market, the services offered are extremely poor. The main issue lies with the trainers, who do not assist with exercises. They are often busy with their personal training clients and show no interest in helping others.
As a female member who came alone, I have faced several challenges while working out, but the trainers have been unwilling to offer any assistance. The management is also unresponsive, seemingly unaware of these issues.
I am now just waiting for my membership to end, infact I do not come to the gym as I regret wasting my hard-earned money at this gym. I must say that Anytime Fitness is nothing but "A fancy shop with bland food."

The Anytime Fitness company as a whole is shady AF. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!!!

I paid out my 3 year BS contract and now they say you have to have a medical problem or move to get out of the membership. PLUS YOU PAY $250.00 AS WELL!!!! WTAF

A- the Kolkata branch is very expensive…

A- the Kolkata branch is very expensive compare to other metropolitan cities especially Delhi NCR . No idea why is it so costly .
B - the environment in the gym is not so professional , the trainers attitude towards the member . They will not be there to check or help you for any little support .
C- the restrooms are so unhygienic and not cleaned properly .
Compared to other cities this place is not well maintained and not worth the money .

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. Have to go thrice to get my plan cancelled. They'll accept your enrollment without any appointment and will call you and you have to book an appointment only to cancel it, even when I'm coming gym twice or thrice weekly, and I have to come thrice to cancel my plan, Seriously? They won't ask for anything once you have permitted them to deduct the fee from your account. They won't need an appointment. That's what you get in an overpriced gym and customer service. You'll pay around 45 biweekly and yet no trainer or anything. And even after a month of cancelling my membership, you are charging me again. And deducting money continuously from my account during that appointment too you haven’t told me to do the second step of cancellation this is the worst customer service..(worst customer service and not telling us about policies or rules)by Manmeet I want my last 3 fees back that you guys have deducted without telling me.. and according to their customer care service they will continue to charge me their 4 or 5th fee too and will deduct on 4 April and 17 would be last date and I cancelled my membership in Feb (least recommended gym and their services)

Tried this place for two months

Tried this place for two months. Convenent that it's 24/7. But overcrowded and not the cleanest bathrooms. The equipment can stay broken for a week which is not conventient. So, after a fair run, I'll be switching to a different gym.

Do not use this gym

Do not use this gym. First they take your details when you ask for a quote and then pester you for months to get you to join. I joined because of the convenient location. The contract was for 6 months £49.99 (ridiculous for the facilitates provided) and at the end I was told I had to give a months notice to end close my direct debit and they will charge me for another which I didn't use the gym for. Absolute joke, don't waste your time and money with them. I'll rather walk 2 hours to another gym then use them again.

Standard gym contract

Standard gym contract, tried to cancel but was forced to pay even though I was using. On top of that even after canceling you are also obligated to pay their semi annual fee's. Tired of this gym membership model and trying to steal money for services you aren't using. Yeah it's my fault for signing up and not using it but still 1 star for shit contract.

Hopeless management

Hopeless management. Tried to change direct debit details and after agreeing on the phone, did not action in writing and have tried to charge me late fees for non payment when I have been trying to pay. Totally inept on the phone and management don't want to speak to you. Just throw excerpts of contract at you and threaten with debt management agency. So frustrating Stay well clear.
