purchased a water fountain for our deck, it was exactly as described and easy to assemble. and as a senior it was fabulous to have it delivered right to my front door. couldn't have managed it on my own from a store. will definitely purchase from this company again!

The massage feature .. is much more noisier than expected.

Although Aosom did its delivery job just fine, I am *very* disappointed in the product shipped. The legs are so spindly and unstable that I am astounded the product shipped as-is from factory. "OutSunny" should be ashamed of their quality control. Absolute garbage and unusable product. $120 down the drain.

The model of Outsunny gazebo that I had purchased from AOSOM, a couple of years ago, did not have a replacement fabric top available to purchase from Aosom, so I had to purchase one that was meant for another 10’ x 10’ model and it unfortunately required quite a bit of modifications to the gazebo structure in order for it to fit properly.
After putting the new cover on the gazebo we also noticed an area on the replacement cover that had a defect/cut that went almost all the way through the fabric, so we ended up putting a piece of duct tape over it so that it hopefully wouldn’t rip any further.

Good product fast delivery

I love my five tiered unit is someone with mobility issues it’s the perfect fit for me as I can pull the pots out to weed and water

I would give the product a 4.5 rating and the delivery was on time and all parts were accounted for. But the instructions were inadequate. I realize the fault lies with Outsunny but if you are a reseller you should be able to provide some guidance with the installation. No videos exist for my model and it is one of the least straightforward installs out there I had to figure out the roof panels for myself and did not follow the manual to successfully complete the roof. The overall rating would be 3.5

Fast delivery. Price for the same item was way below other competitors. A no-brainer.

The product came fast. When we had an issue of 2 incorrect pieces sent they were replaced fairly fast. Only issue was there was no communication about new pieces being sent or not having me sent messages that I was not happy because I did not know they were being replaced. Have not set up yet as we had family emergency.
