Cheap plastic
Do not buy cheap garbage broken bashed when opened the box , parts missing and unwilling to source me the part, I paid 329 pound for a shed I put in the bin as bits were bashed, I know my six months was up as I didn't build it for a while but they weren't interested, keep your money and shop around

AC unit rattling and loud vibration and no response to email from 18/07/25
I am writing to follow up on a complaint I initially raised over a year ago on 18/07/2025 regarding a faulty portable air conditioner. To date, I have received absolutely no response from your team.
The unit is defective; the compressor is misaligned or failing, causing the machine to produce a very loud buzzing and a harsh metallic rattling noise, making it completely unusable.
Please reply to this email immediately and finally advise when stock will be available for a replacement unit.

Would have given 5stars for service but…
Would have given 5stars for service but for a problem with the delivery and customer service. It was delivered to the wrong house and I couldn't even identify where it could have been delivered as it was just a picture of the parcel and floor. DPD couldn't help had to call the seller who then required a form to be completed and it would take days for it to be investigated. Thankfully the people who it was delivered to incorrectly brought it to me. Products great.
