Great updates on a daily basis. I like that!

Not enough info given . If Apts are not available NOW you go on a waiting list. Some one who needs housing NOW is mis - led. Application fees are some what if a scam, they make $50. On every app but only they make out not the one looking for housing.

Great selection and sticking closely to desired options

Nothing about Apartment List is great. i am a property Manager and I truly believe believe this company is a scam. Its a bottom feeder. Its reaps large locating commissions on the backs of all the other large apartment online advertising companies. While doing absolutely nothing. Would not recommend to any business EVER.

Emails from Apartment show me what i am looking for and that helps me when not having enough time to go through all apattments in my area.

Apartment List always keeps me informed about my apartment interest and suggestions for others in my range. Most relevant are the full descriptions and the automatic contact with the apartment management. Also is very useful tracking the movements of the prices.

Easy to navigate. Detailed information and timely updates.

App was good, but could be more user friendly by only recommendation places that fit search filters, not giving more expensive and other location options. Also, couldn’t figure out how to go back and select a place to add to my list if I accidentally “noped” it.

there are always genuine matches that follow what you've listed and almost every listing is accurate and in your price range

Apartment list has been extremely helpful and they actually pay attention to one’s filter requirements.

It makes searching for certain criteria's so easy and if you like something the response is so quick.

They'll send you endless spam without verifying the email address but you must log into the account you never made before you can unsubscribe.

When this company gets hold of your email address they're almost impossible to get rid of. I live in the UK and have not signed up to rent or buy with this company in the US. This is the second time that they've got hold of my email address even though I've not expressed an interest in their company. I've spammed them but it now means that my spam box just fills up with emails from them. They're like dog mess on your shoe, difficult to get rid of. So every day I'll give them the lowest rating until they take me off their mailing list.
