Major time waster
Been using this service for several weeks. I have time to find one but this is some of the WORST information ever. Three apartments e-mailed to say they would set up apointments. None did. A fourth one set up one only to cancel the very next day.
As for my searches, I set up about five zip codes in a general area with a range of rent needing to be paid. The price ranges I get are well OVER my range or in areas I don't even want to be near much less in my requested area.
Using apartmentlist.com takes much more time than I need to spend with it. I'm sure there's better sources. I'm hoping to find one.

I am not happy with the site
I am not happy with the site. Everytime I receive a email or alert it never has what I am looking for such as location, pricing etc. Hopefully it improves as I really need a new home.

Apartmentlist.com is a poorly updated platform with most of the information listed being inaccurate. Be sure to do your homework or use a more reliable resource. After contacting more than 10 apartment complexes about the information on this site, only 2 of them had accurate info. Don’t waste your TIME!!! NOT HELPFUL at ALL!!!

Greenville Place Apartments: worst management & treatment of tenants

This place is the WORST!! Don't even bother looking here. The apartments are falling apart and they just band-aide anything that breaks, and everything does. My kitchen cabinet door has been on the floor for a month and they just keep giving me the run around. My bathroom has black mold in it and i'm told to just wipe it and open a window. My carpets are destroyed because when you do finally get someone over to "fix" something they destroy something else, like when your washer breaks on 02/21/2022 in the middle of a full wash cycle and they finally come on 11/29/2017 to do anything and then the spill all the moldy, dirty, disgusting water all over your carpets moving the washer. How you cant even use the laundry facilities on the campus because the last time I did it left black grease stains on my blanket from the half broken washer.. just try to find a dryer that isn't broken and has been for over a yr. My Bathroom sink leaked for months, and my heating vents are full of mold. Not to mention they never cam back to fix the giant water stains on my ceiling from when the neighbors water tank exploded into my apartment at 1 am. This place is a wreck.. move someplace else!!!!

Tired of your scams
Hundreds of listings which is good. They are all falsely advertising one price then when you call and speak to them they quote you several different prices. It feels very criminal in how they are doing things & how they are attempting to get so much of your personal information and use that against you to change the pricing for the units that one is seeking. Another scam from criminals in California. Disgusted !

It is illegal to charge a new tenant a fee of any kind.

Smoke and Mirrors
The results of a search do not match what I entered and wasted a ton of time. I needed a furnished apt and most results were unfurnished. I specified a move in date and the results showed apts that were not within that range. A great site if you want to peruse pictures of apartments that are no longer on the market or dont fit your criteria. If you have e a lot of time to waste, highly recommended. Otherwise avoid!!
And I am assuming I will receive the same apologetic response as I have seen on the other 25% of total ratings that have been 1 star. Save the response and clean up your results. And please can I have my hours of my life back?? I still need to find a real apartment

If you'd like to receive spam from them for the rest of your life, then feel free to sign up. Someone signed up using my email by mistake. I've unsubscribed multiple times, even changed the email on the account, but to no avail. I still receive multiple emailed a day. The account can't be closed, so, I guess my spam folder will just be filled with email from these people for the rest of my life.
