It's expensive and while picking up the car machine showed me 360 euro while i pre paid 180 euro... System was wrong but likely remote contact passed me w/o any excuse or explanation

No issues with entering the Parking garage, the license plate was detected automatically. Besides that our car had no dents/scratches etc. from being parked 7 nights in there.
Very comfortable way of car identification. No card is needed, just by camera recognizing numbers. The same way geting in and going out. Very important improvement. Price is the questions of choice.... See more

BER airport P8 - good and easy
Parked at BER - P8. With the license plate check at the gates, prior registration and payment - it cannot get easier. Parking is easy to access before airport terminals, and distance from the parking to arrivals and departures is short. I have parked here before and will continue to do so. Important is to remember to do reservation and payment in advance, saves a lot of money.
Ordering was simple
Ordering was simple, arriving and leaving worked like a charm, prices are high but much cheaper then taxi if you only leave for a few days.

Very quick entry based on car registration number. Very same convenience when leaving the car park.

No instructions
No instructions, nothing, left to myself. Pathfinder to thr parking poorly market, good maps was getting crazy.
On the entrance it was not clearly it detected my booking or not. On the way out I had to present ticket even if the instructions say it let's me out automatically.
That's typical Apcoa quality. Nothing g worse or better from managed lidl parkings.
This company creates a lot of fiction for customers on purpose, to make money. No social mission. No mission to help.
Online ticket has lower priority than new, extra paid parking session
Berlin Brandenburg Airport parking P3. I made parking reservation in advance and already paid for it. Reservation started 7th Nov and was for almost 6 days. Reservation process was intuitive and easy - big plus for this. Information attached to the booking confirmation said that car license plates will be read automatically and paper ticket will be printed. Just in case the confirmation also included QR-code. During the whole reservation process I have not noticed that it is a parking managed by APCOA. Might be a good idea to make it more visible or clear in the future. I had APCOA application installed on my mobile phone some months ago with automatic parking enabled. When I arrived the gate has opened automatically but I have received no printed ticket. I also saw that it is APCOA parking. I realized something is wrong and remembered that I had the application in my phone. In the application I saw that some new parking duration has started and I will be extra charged even though I had the online reservation that was already paid. Might be a good idea to check already paid parking sessions before charging extra money. I went back to parking, but because it was a bit early (around 4:00) there was noone from the customer service around. I have tried to use "help" button at the entrance gate but lady that answered did not understand English at all. This was a bit of a surprise at the big international airport. Additionally it was very noisy because the garage was being cleaned so it was hard to understand what she has said in German. I went back to my car, went out of the garage, deactivated the application and went back in hoping that it will allow me to enter again this time using my online reservation (which was one time entrance only). This time I have received my parking ticket and the gate once again opened automatically. After this I went for ckeck-in and wrote to APCOA support about the situation while waiting for the plane. They handled the refund quite quickly (everything took below 30minutes so just 4€ was charged) and they wrote something about problems with reading polish car license plates. Well, both times there was no issue with that. Just the priority of extra payment was higher that already paid parking session which was nowhere to be seen in the APCOA application (maybe it should be in the future?). Luckily I had noticed this quickly enough to react and reached the plane on time. Additionally the parking location is great, it is a garage, not under the sky, price was acceptable. There were some empty parking spaces with a lady symbol on them and it was not clear for me if I can use them or should I seek for one without any symbols. Might be a good idea to add some more clarification to the reservation information.
