It's expensive and while picking up the car machine showed me 360 euro while i pre paid 180 euro... System was wrong but likely remote contact passed me w/o any excuse or explanation

Very comfortable way of car identification. No card is needed, just by camera recognizing numbers. The same way geting in and going out. Very important improvement. Price is the questions of choice.... See more

However, they need a visible service point in case you're in trouble. E.g. our car had run a flat battery while we were away.
It was impossible to find a service point.

Super Convenient
My plate was recongnized automatically when I was entering the parking lot. It also recognized the plate when I exit the parking lot. Completely touchless experience. Every time I use this facility, always completely satisfied.

A council has threatened to terminate a contract with one of its environmental enforcement teams after a five-year-old girl was issued with a fly tipping penalty notice of £1,000.
Harrow Council later rescinded the notice given by APCOA enforcement officers and shared concerns about their conduct when issuing fixed penalty notices.
The council in north-west London is in a tri-borough contract agreement with Hounslow and Ealing councils, which have shared different concerns about the company.
APCOA has apologised to the family of the child and said it took the concerns very seriously.
APCOA can claim this is NOT true by reply and not censorship.

I reserved the parking P8 from 4:30 till 23:30 and paid 49 euro, the max Daily rate. My Flight was delay ed and i managed tò the parking exit only t 23:37, tò be told the message nachzahlung erforderlich. Since the Daily max rare was exceeded, i could Just have been let out. On top of that, as at First i did not know the max Daily rate was reached, and that i gas tò pay for those extra 7 mins, when reaching the automatic paying machines, the "nachzahlung" was 49 euro, which triggered my immediate call for support.The support was helpful and let me out, but It i hadna long day and spento 15 mins more in the parking Place, without any reason. Easy entry and exit without having to…
Easy entry and exit without having to pay at the gate. The on-line payment was easy and the automatic entry and exit worked perfectly. The price for 24 hours could have been a little more reasonable, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I always take P7/P8
I always take P7/P8. Nice and easy access. Very quick access to T1/T2.
Price maybe Little bit higher than others parking with van transfer but youu don't have to search anybody, you don't have to wait for anybody. Just take your car and drive
