No issues with entering the Parking garage, the license plate was detected automatically. Besides that our car had no dents/scratches etc. from being parked 7 nights in there.

Extremely expensive, hard to navigate.
Hard to find places to leave the trolleys. The place is also huge and it's hard to know where the empty spots are exactly. The signs with numbers indicating how many spots are left are misleading.

Better signage in the carpark
better signage for customer care points and your premium car park is poorly placed.
when I called your customer care at the exit they were not friendly. please invest in customer care and training.

On 06.02.2025 I booked a parking space at Berlin Brandenburg Airport from 01.06.2025 to 14.06.2025. I paid for the parking online with a payment card (134 Euro). I entered the parking lot without any problems, but when leaving I was forced to pay 239 Euro. I am asking for a refund of the wrongly charged fee. Best regards, Marek Rojewski. Super convenient with the number plate recognition, no need to look for paying machine anymore after returning from a trip.

Stayed during a short business trip. Easy access, short distance to the gates and reasonable prices.

Hello, I have got 1 day flight delay, and because of already problem, I have forgot to update 1 day more of my reservation. When already in the parking, to get new bill of 1 day was a bit "fare surprising", as old and loyal customer it was fair to extend proportional fare rate and not new 24h rate.
