No issues with entering the Parking garage, the license plate was detected automatically. Besides that our car had no dents/scratches etc. from being parked 7 nights in there.

Ticket issues

By taking the ticket and with booked parking place system should automatically connect taken ticket with booking and car plate number. System is not working as it should. 3 stars are due to very kind and helpful help desk service.

Very practical to book and use, but a bit expensive…

It was very practical to book and use the parking lot. My return flight was too late. With two small kids I preferred the have my car available regardless of the time just in case. I only think it was a bit too expensive. I know it is very practical and airport prices are usually higher, but it could be a little cheaper specially for bookings with many days.

Abzocke

We had to extend our trip by 4 days, there is no possibility to change the booking online. Now at arrival we had to pay 198 euro for extra 4 days, after prepayment of 150 for 2 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous and the service is terrible.

My experience was very good with the…

My experience was very good with the parking facility, however one suggestion to improve it even better would be to automatically openning the gate based on number plate detection for all pre booked customers, since the printed QR code never work first time and need to try multiple time while entering.

lack of marking

I parked on the fifth floor by the elevator.
From the first floor to the fourth floor there were no free spaces. When I was on 5th floor one car just left from this parking space. I took it and I left the car there. There were no signs anywhere about prohibition of parking.
My car was not standing at an intersection or along the road. It did not bother anyone - as I mentioned there were no markings that there is a ban for parking in this place - despite this, I received a fine of 55 euros...

The worst customer experience

I booked your parking lot for 3 days in BER / P7-8. As arrived my number plate seemed not to be recognized by camera, nor QR code from confirmation e-mail. I got in, took a ticket but all looked as my reservation is not recognized although I paid in advance.
Due to uncertainty, I left P7 and drove to P8. The gate did not open again so called for assisstance. The call was picked up by some lady speaking polish. I explained the issue and asked for opening the gate. She said it’s over - I already used my reservation because I entered and left. She did not care that I paid for 3 days and did not care that the reservation system does not work according to guidelines I had in my confirmation e-mail. She was unfriendly, rude and not helpful at all. She did not care I need to leave my car and flight departure is soon.
After long exchange she at last opened the gate but that was the worst kind of customer experience and I’d rather not use your service ever again.

It was a seamless and effortless…

It was a seamless and effortless experience. The booking was quick and easy as well as just being able to drive in with automatic number plate recognition.

Very expensive mistake

I booked by mistake until 3 am instead of until 3 pm. I was charged with 49 euros for 12 hours; this is unacceptable
