My RO system developed a leak

My RO system developed a leak. I replaced the o-rings believing that might fix it. That didn't t work so I called tech support. I never suspected a cracked filter cap but thanks to the advice that was it.

Hello,
I would give no stars if that was an option quite frankly.
I just received my order of 2 chloride filters….I am very disappointed in how they were packaged this time. It looks like they were thrown in the box and upon opening the box - the plastic wrap on both are torn and open. This is suppose to be going into my clean water filtration system and is now open and extremely dirty.
I have bought my filters from this company in the past with individual boxing with bubble wrap protecting the filters wrapped in plastic. I bought filters 2 years ago from this company with a way higher standard of packaging.
This is extremely frustrating and very poor customer standards if this is how your products are being shipped currently. I understand that this is a difficult market but these filters are not cheap and I will be searching elsewhere for my filters when placing my next order.

Auto replacement filters

Every 6 months I get a new set of filters automatically. That way I don't have to remember to order them. The price is fair, and I just wait for them to arrive, and install them. It's great!

Hiqh quality product. Fantastic instructions!

Every product I have purchased from APEC has been of high quality and made in the USA. I got the ROES-75PH and installed it in a couple of hours with absolutely no plumbing knowledge. I did have to ask a plumber friend one question about my water main valve, but that was a question about the house, not the product. The instructions provided with this product were AMAZING. Every question I thought of as I was going along was literally answered on the next line haha. It was like it was reading my mind. I have already referred my friends and family, and I hope more people can feel confident in their purchase decision from my review (:

Excellent customer service

It would be helpful if your computer system would show exactly what we ordered in the past to expedite the routine replacement of filters. Either tie it to our name, telephone number, or email. We would spend less time, or no time, on the phone with customer service

This is my second apec ro system. The other one I sold with the house. No problems whatsoever. Quality build. I love the rs100 because of the bigger flow rate and also the one-to-one discharge

I was able to find the correct replacement parts at a competitive price!

I was able to find the correct replacement parts I needed at a price that was competitive with a big online retailer. Further, APEC Water Systems provided instructions that helped ensure I purchased the correct part based on the type of system I had. They processed and shipped my order promptly and it arrived safely, given they packed the glass and bulb with care.
