APEC is simply THE BEST!
I’ve got a five filter system with re-mineralization. I changed my filters as recommended by the regular service schedule. It’s easy to do and you can see how much garbage is taken out of the local water. Even with the soft water system, this helps amazingly well! The mineralization fixes the soft water issue, and the soft water issue takes care of the majority of the garbage coming through my commercial waterline. I recommend a PEC to anyone and everyone!

Great support from the manufacturer
Great product and excellent support. The UV lamp arrived broken, I emailed the manufacturer and within hours I had a respond, and a new lamp was shipped. the filters fit perfectly under my kitchen sink and the water tastes great.

Had a leak between the head and the…
Had a leak between the head and the housing, I had a type A housing but they sent me a type B head not telling me that they don’t use Type A housing anymore so after 4 calls and about 2 1/2 weeks they finally sent me type B housing’s.Could have told me about all this on the first call and order.

Installed the 6 filter system on my own. Easy to do following a YouTube video and water tastes great! Thanks guys. I do think the replacement o rings should come with filters and the smaller filter wrench for the 6th stage. Anything that is needed should come with filters as it’s cumbersome to have to go buy everything separately.
