Confusing correspondence

Ordered thermocouple. Had order confirmed then on two separate occasions had emails saying my order had been dispatched. Never received the item then a week later I received an email saying the item was not available and they would refund my money in 3-5 days

After receiving your order, we contacted you the same day to advise that one of the parts was unfortunately out of stock and that we did not currently have an expected delivery date. We appreciate you confirming that you were happy to wait until the item becomes available.

As the order is still awaiting stock availability, the items have not yet been dispatched. If you would prefer not to wait, we can arrange a refund.

Product not received

Product was listed under a different code to the one I was given.
Once I purchased the product, 2 days later I was refunded with no explanation. I had to email in to ask why and was told the product was out of stock.
