I went into the shop to look for a condenser dryer, the lady was very helpful along with the man behind the desk, lots of useful information and help, was suggested to look online at what they had, I did just that and ordered my dryer online, came the very next day with free home delivery. I was really please with the customer service and how friendly and local the shop was. I even went back online and ordered myself a new washing machine a few days later, they even took my old one away free of change. Absolutely amazing guys and would definitely recommend to anyone.

New Bosch washing machine bought and delivered quickly. This was also the best price being £10 cheaper than everyone else. I've bought from them before and like my new washing machine. Completely happy and would recommend this retailer and use them again in the future. Helpful advice also offered.

Purchased a television in a Saturday morning and it was delivered by lunchtime. First class service.

Very satisfied. Called at the shop in Cleveleys, explained to the salesman that I had just moved into a property and washing machine was not working. He was very knowledgeable and informed me that the machine was about 20 to 25 years old and probably could not get parts. I explained my needs and he suggested a washing machine that would suit me. I was already stressed with having done a house move with a partner who is not very mobile. The salesman made it all stress free, the machine was delivered 3 days later. The old machine was taken away, new machine plugged in and all packaging removed. In all it took them 30 minutes. Happy days.

Professional service, efficient and respectful

washing machine broke day after coming back from holiday. rang to order a new one and this came up as next day delivery. then recieved a call at about 8pm from Richard to sort out delivery although shop was closed at that time. expected a phone call day after to give us time to unplug and sort out washing still in machine. Richard turned up and we apologized for not having machine ready. he said " leave washing in i'll transfer it to new machine no problem". new one installed and fitted in about 5 minutes. absolutely fantastic. will always use in future. really, really impressed with customer service. fantastic. feel he went above and beyond what was expected. many thanks

From ordering I was given detailed help with choosing a new dishwasher for my 88 year old mother.

Ian and Shaun were super patient from ordering the dishwasher and it was installed within 48 hours of ordering.

Great respect and care was shown to my mother and her property and all debris was removed and the area was left tidy and clean and the old dishwasher was taken away.
