Attending engineer was abrupt to the point of rudeness. Very nearly suggested he leave. He obviously realised that he had behaved badly and seemed to relent. He solved the problem but I would not want him to attend my property again. I was glad that I was not by myself as myself and daughter were quite taken aback and felt uncomfortable .

Respond Services kept me informed at all stages from reporting repair to finish.
The operatives were really helpful and friendly and were able to diagnose what was wrong quickly and with considerable knowledge. They replaced the motherboard and heating element quickly and efficiently.

Amazing experience with these folks…
Amazing experience with these folks sent on a Zanussi online fixed repair booking. They finally solved an oven heating and noise issue by replacing a faulty PCB. Some years ago an engineer from Zanussi had ignored the issue leaving me with patchy heating but now the oven comes up to heat fast and works like it should. Thank you so much for your friendly and professional understanding.

The AEG agent was very prompt
The AEG agent was very prompt. He certainly knew his job. After checking my grill he was able to advise me to use the grill with the door closed. He also checked my appliance booklet and noted that it did not say whether to grill with the oven door open or closed.

Issue Fixed
The engineer was friendly. I informed him of the issue and he got on with looking at the part of the oven where it was and within about 10-15 minutes he had fixed the issue. Very happy with the result.
