My daughter had a great time during the Christmas holidays. Was a great camp for her to burn off energy . Would highly recommend

The best camp around
The best camp around! My children love it!! Lots of variety, great hours and excellent value! Not to mention Rose who is fabulous!!
Best Camp By Far!
My daughter has been going for over 4 years now. She's tried various camps over the years, but she loves this one the best at St Mary's Primary School, Northchurch, run by Rose who is so lovely and accommodating.
A brilliant holiday camp
A brilliant holiday camp, my daughter loves it so much she begs to go back every school holiday! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming too
Super friendly and lots of fun!
My daughter loves going in the holidays and always has lots of fun. Super friendly staff who really make an effort with the kids.
Its easy to book and organise making school holidays a lot less stressful and keeps the kids active.
Our son had a great time!

He enjoyed the activities and came home happy and exhausted. The guys that ran the camp were really friendly and inviting.

My son loves going to camp and seeing his friends that he’s met during previous holidays. The staff are great and remember his name.
His situation is complicated and they have handled things so well, I would strongly recommend them to anybody looking for childcare

Our grand daughter always has a great time at Apex and last week was no exception, she always looks forward to going and enjoys the day.
My son really looks forward to going there
My son loves going there. He really looks forward to it every half term ans summer
Mr Howard Roundwood Primary holiday club
Mr Howard who runs Roundwood Primary holiday club is amazing. My grandson loves attending and even wants to go when we don't need him to attend. Mr Howard provides a wide range of activities that keeps children completely entertained for the whole day. Couldn't ask for anything better. My grandson loves attending and like previously mentioned wants to attend even when we don't need him in club.
Not safe for young children
My 5 year old daughter attended for one day in the Easter holidays (at St Cuthbert Mayne School) and will never be attending again.
The children already in attendance appeared to be minimally supervised and running around chaotically. I put this down to the rush of the morning drop-offs and the general chaos that comes with that. Only now, in retrospect, do I know this was an accurate representation of how the rest of the day was to unfold.
* When my daughter asked where the toilet was she was told "on the right". Being 5 years old she couldn't remember the right "right", so didn't go to the toilet for the whole day.
* Multiple and sustained incidents of having a ball kicked at her by older children. She told me she was hit in the head and face several times and this was painful and frightening. Adults witnessed this but did nothing about it.
* Staff allowing older children to intimidate and verbally bully her and another young girl.
* A short time of organised games outside and the rest of the time just left to their own devices.
* No access to a drink while they were outside.
* Eating lunch on the floor.
* No arts and crafts despite your website advertising that this would be a daily activity.
Taken individually, these incidents may appear minor, but in total the experience left my daughter very upset and anxious at the idea of attending another holiday club.
This camp is just a free-for-all. Kids of all ages are just dumped in a hall and left to entertain themselves. The staff have no interest in the children and I believe there is a genuine safeguarding issue.
The cheap price is attractive, but now I know why.
My eldest has attended multiple holiday camps but I have never seen one so poorly run. Truly the worst.
What's worse is that I emailed Apex and the camp manager and never heard anything back. The next step is to make a complaint to Ofsted.
Avoid if you can.

Roundwood Primary Apex club was excellent
The Apex 360 Holiday Club at Roundwood Primary School, Harpenden with Danny Howard was excellent. Danny is great with the kids - full of fun and enthusiasm. My 10 year old who has experienced quite a few holiday and afterschool clubs and is generally not very keen on holiday clubs really enjoyed this one and has actively asked to go again next week. They did football, Nerf gun and various other fun things.
Really nice staff, safe and well organised
It was a really well organised and run week. The staff were very supportive and my daughter had a great time. Thank you
Has previously been a good after school…
Has previously been a good after school club, but recently He has come out having done nothing more than paying matches, no real training and there seem to be too many children for one coach. I have tried to contact the company before to raise the issue as to them penalising all the children by making them all wait for the few misbehaving, and never got a reply

Really disappointed and saddened by experience
My son came for one day. He is 4 years old, i had emailed prior to the camp to ask if it as ok he wasn't yet 5 years. I was reassured this was acceptable.
He attends a drama club every Saturday so i was hopeful he would enjoy himself.
The first day he got upset and hit out at a member of staff. I was called to collect him at 1.30pm. I was told someone would be in touch following this.
I have received no contact from anyone and nothing about a refund for other days he did not attend.

My daughter always enjoys attending the camps and the staff are really nice. It is a shame though that in terms you cannot get a refund during bad weather conditions. I am more likely to book nearer the time instead of in advance. Would recommend.

Fantastic club
Fantastic club. Loads of different things to do. Staff are amazing, in particular Matty who is great with the children.
Stomp Holiday Camp @ Hillside School
My 8 yr old son went to the Stomp holiday camp @ Hillside School for the first time Feb half term and absolutely loved it. So much so that he asked me to extend his days to early drop off and late pick up! Usually, he is begging me to pick him up early after the second day. Well organised, very reasonably priced and excellent customer service. Great activities for the kids but with flexibility built in so the kids have a choice as to what to do and feel more in control of their day. Less rigid then other camps which my son said made it feel more fun and less like school. Definitely recommend it.
