Super company delivering excellence at every step

Great company to use. Good communication and support, always someone at the end of the phone.
We have had solar panels, a Tesla Powerwall and a Tesla car charger fitted. Happy with all. Special shout out to Matt, Olivia and Roan for their help making this all work.

We had solar and a Tesla PW3 installed at the start of this year. The team were the most professional team of contractors we've had on our property from start to finish.

This week we've had a minor issue with our PW3 and Jenny on the phone listened and took action and booked Matt to attend us a day later to check it over. That's customer care to be proud of!

We have, and will continue to recommend Apex Doma to anyone thinking about solar or battery storage.

Really pleased with the EV charger installed. Neat and tidy even though it wasn’t an easy job. Turned up on time and on the day arranged. Positive experience dealing with all members of staff throughout the process from speaking to Roan, Claire and Emily in the office to Tom, Matt and Owen installing it on the day.

Great from start to finish - from the point of first contact through to completion the team was there to provide the information needed and advise on requirements- end up with a very neat installation.

The team were always available and kept us informed about the installation- they actually managed to complete it in a day by sending a larger team and starting early.

They did come back the following day to fit the solar skirts as some of the brackets were missing from the delivery.

Particular call out needs to be given to Abby as she was helpful and called us back within a short period when she wasn’t available, the installation team (and their supporting team) of Matt (knows his stuff and was willing to work with you to deliver what you as customer wanted), Tom, Joel, Charlie, Jimmy, Owen, Roan, Emily and Claire.

It was great to have Adam visit to check on the install and have the team make a few minor tweaks as he believed there was a better way of doing the job.

Would have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

Comments from neighbours have all been positive with one saying the installation is a lot neater than there’s.

Excellent customer service. Everything explained. Open to amendments when we had a velux added. Very polite.

The AD team finished work on my property yesterday, and worked tenaciously and meticulously through the beginnings of storm Claudia to see completion. The process was, and the finish is excellent. Thank you to Liam, Matt, Charlie, Joseph, Roan and Joe (electrics).

Like most folk with this relatively new tech, I took a leap of faith in sourcing a Battery and Solar Panel Installer and I could not have found a better one in my area of the Country.
Apex Doma was the right one for me, from start to finish. Ian, one of the engineers and co founders of the company came to do the initial survey and this was the start of an interesting journey, to say the least and he along with the fantastic team I came to meet as the project unfolded, proved to me, I couldn’t have been in better hands. Every single one of the Team, Charley and Joe L and Liam and Owen the Solar guys and Joe and and his colleagues on the Battery installation, to the Team at HQ in Wilmslow , couldn’t have been more personable or approachable and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to every single one of you. It wasn’t the easiest of Projects for any of us, but we got there in the end with your guidance and I am very pleased with the result. … now all I have to do is sort my Tariff 😳

We took a leap to get our solar journey started, it felt scary but Apex Doma were incredible from the first call, they took time to understand our home needs and installing our system. Charlie and Joe L were brave on our tall roof and Jimmy got our car charger all set up. Steph supported on all our admin. What a great team you all are.

I had a solar battery installed by Matt and Tom (supported from the office by Claire and Emily). They were both so friendly, competent, diligent and really cared about the job they were doing. I can’t recommended this company enough.

My contacts with Jenny, Olivia and Abby in the office have been nothing but professional. These people really know what they are talking about, ooze integrity and quality and I have been so pleased with the service and support they have given so far!!

A first rate, professional battery installation carried out by Matt and Tom.
Initial enquiry was dealt with promptly and effectively and a detailed quote provided with installation date scheduled soon after the acceptance of the quote. Ian, Steff, Abby and the rest of the support staff ensured the job ran smoothly and provided clear communication throughout the whole process.
This was a complex installation and Apex Doma went above and beyond to provide a bespoke solution that fitted our brief. Would definitely recommend them!

All the advice, and everything I read, indicated that the most important thing when installing solar energy was the installers. We found Apex Doma on Which? and couldn't have done better. A first class job all round; from Ian's initial visit; to Abby, Olivia & Jenny in the office (with Roan working hard behind the scenes); to the roofers Charlie, TP & Liam; to Matt, Tom and Joe the electricians - with an extra shout for Matt and Joe who sorted the problem with the smart meter. Apex Doma recently installed a home battery solution for me and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They answered all my questions promptly and clearly, and were incredibly accommodating throughout the process. Even when some minor installation issues came up, the team handled them quickly and professionally, ensuring everything was completed to a high standard. Excellent service from start to finish – highly recommended!

The site visit by Ian before his quotation together with his YouTube videos were very helpful in making my decision.

The process of ordering was smooth and queries were answered quickly and I felt I was kept informed before the installation. The only problem was when the scaffolders (who I believe were external contractors) didn’t turn up on the arranged day.

Abby and Jenny in the office were helpful throughout the process to the final installation and beyond.

The work went ahead as promised. During the process the team were efficient, both willing to answer questions and explain the system. The installation was fitted very neatly over two days They tidied up at the end of each day and cleaned up completely when the job was finished - the garage floor was cleaner after they left than before they arrived. A quick name check for Liam, Charlie, Joseph, Joe and Jimmy.

After installation the system worked as expected until a few teething problems caused by a missed firmware update while the system was switched off for a week at the behest of Grid Northwest while they worked on a substation. Tesla support sorted this out although it took several days.

The system is now working satisfactorily and I’m just waiting for permission to operate to be able to export excess electricity.

I would recommend Apex Doma.
