Outstanding Service
We had issues with modding on our Minecraft Server and agents stayed and worked with us for hours. They were kind, clear, and extremely helpful in problem-solving. They cannot be thanked enough and definitely set the bar high. Daniel and William are awesome.

Great Customer Service
I made a server once before and it worked out well, couple of months later I tried again and I couldnt do it - It was entirely my fault however. When I tried to make that second server and failed, a customer support guy called Eduardo Franco or something was the one who gave me a swift refund. Cool dude.
The servers themselves are great if you can get them to work - and you most likely could since it was totally a me issue. The only downside is the price. Its just a bit too much for something that isnt all that user friendly IMO!

Best customer service always
Been using their services from back when they used to be mcprohosting. Always great customer support, and while there are occasions where the servers may have some instability for various reasons (oftentimes due to new game updates), they are readily available to provide assistance and support, along with compensation if necessary to ensure that my experience is the best. Have been a returning customer for at least a decade and would continue to do so.

I've had nothing but good experiences with apex! They've always been an amazing help (as someone whos not super tech savy) and they're super patient. I had the pleauser of working with Benjamin tonight who was amazing and responded super fast a well. He fixed every issue we ended up having and got our server working finally.
