I was upgrading to a newer version of Pixelmon, and then everything went wrong. However, they helped me figure out the problem and were very patient with me. They were very professional and kind. They were quick to respond to me, and helped me get my server up and running again!

Its honestly been a pretty good experience over all. Their AI chat bot is very smart and has solved most problems but when it fail they have a very friendly staff to assist.

What made the service great is that they are on top of it. The error or problem is fix with in under 5 minutes! That is something that I don't see every day when I have an issue with running a server.

I've used Apex Hosting for years now for various games. Setting up a server and changing games is extremely easy and support has always been quick and very knowledgeable normally resolving my issue within minutes. I can not recommend using them enough

I have been using APEX for a decade and I truly cannot recommend them enough! Not only is the server hosting absolutely fantastic, but the customer support is beyond belief. The help they give is unmatched. More than that though, it has been that way consistently then entire time I have used them.
