give my g daniel from technical support a raise he is the only reason im giving 5 stars. also servers work perfectly fine, i have used apex previously for minecraft servers and no issues to be concerned about. excellent customer support (especially from daniel)

I was having a mod version issue and…
I was having a mod version issue and the ai started out pretty helpful but was unable to fully assist in fixing my issue, however Marco Padilla stepped in and gave me the info i needed to move forward with my request, being that i needed to submit a ticket to have my mod updated and installed, since Apex was a tad behind in getting it moved to the new version, but thats ok, either way i got what i need thanks to him in a fast and efficient manner, thank again Marco, you guys really are known for your good customer service.

Excellent customer support experience
At some point during normal use of the server, a seemingly very complex problem popped up that none of us could figure out.
The agent who connected with us, Zachary, was immediately responsive with looking into the problem, clearly understood what I was experiencing and had a solution that got us up and running within minutes!
This experience happened in nighttime hours in most locations, so I'm doubly impressed that support was this immediately accessible.

Staffs are amazing
I purchased many minecraft server with apex hosting and they where all great. I put 5 stars for the staffs, because they respond really quickly and they all have did a great jobs to help me setup my server.
The cpu are really great too, you can use big modpack like ATM and they never lag.
