I started working with Apex studios in December 2023. They actually cold called me after seeing my adds in upwork. I was skeptical to say the least. My experience with Daniel, specifically, and Apex generally has more than exceeded my expectations. First this company is full of resources. Throughout my time working with them they were able to guide me and add value and context to what I wanted to achieve. My website wea messy and complicated but we are now well on our way to untangling the mess that previous website developers have created for us. It took me a while to not be skeptical of Apex becuase it all just seemed too good to be true. I worked with Mark Cooper to redo our companies website. His customer service was so far beyond what I have become used to that it took me a while to believe it was genuine. It was. He and his team continually and consistently did great work. They actually stayed on top of me to make sure the project kept moving ahead and that I was pleased. They really are amazing. The website looks fantastic and I have moved on to doing SEO with them. Someone it cold calling for debit machine and the call display shows Apex Web Services?
A call came in, the call display shows Apex Web Studio 437-826-5838. They wanted to "talk to owner about debit machine." There was the classic, ten voices in the background call centre sound.
After a bit of research I am certain that the number on the call display was spoofed and it was not from Apex.
So if you get a call selling debit machines or whatever and the call display shows Apex Web Services, it's not them.

First, Apex Web Studios has nothing to do with debit machines(which can be verified through our website). Second, the number you mentioned is not in our directory. Instead of posting the review to defame a company that has nothing to do with the call you received, a standard way to handle this could've been to contact the company directly from our website, verify if it was us, and then take the necessary actions.
Maybe the number was spoofed, but you should've verified that if you had thought about it. Or perhaps you are just someone from our competition or someone they have hired to post a negative review against us. We can see that you do not have an appropriate profile name and that this profile is being used to post multiple negative reviews against companies. Maybe you do this for a living; who knows?
To clarify, the reply is negative because we are being accused of something we did not do. Not only are we being accused, but it is also harming our profile. If you visit our website, you can see that Apex Web Studios has nothing to do with debit machines. We can talk over the phone if you want to clarify this further. We have requested that you share your information so that we can discuss it.

We understand your experience was not positive, and we sympathize with you. But please understand that Apex Web Studios did not cause this experience. We are a digital marketing agency that does not have such practices. You can check our website, and you will not find the number the call came from; even if you search the number on Google, you can see that it is not affiliated with Apex. Also, using our website, you can check that we have no business with debit machines. Hence, we humbly request that you remove this review, as this will only affect our overall rating and nothing else.
We now understand that it is your duty to post if you face such an experience, and we appreciate that you informed us about this. Our team is looking into why our caller ID is being used by someone else and is working on a solution for this as well. Our initial response was negative only because, multiple times, our competitors have tried to do something like this just to bring our ratings down. I approached Apex for my logo design. They did a great job designing the logo. I had hired another company as well for the logo design as the logo was so important for me. Apex's work was the best. I liked the initial concept. They worked with my custom color request also the logo improvisation requests without hesitation.
