Horrible service, Rohid is GOD AWEFUL. He speaks over you, Speaks down to you, and is very condescending. They tell you one thing and when you go over the proposal they tell you one thing and then go back on what they say. STAY CLEAR of these guys. They are aweful!!

To all the people who are interested in both sides of the story,
We came in contact with Mr. Guru in November, they had highly technical requirements but unfortunately did not have the budget to support those requirements. As we do for all of our clients we tried to accommodate the requirements within their desired budget but we were very clear that the hosting and maintenance charges are not included in this cost and this was mentioned clearly in the proposal we sent them. They agreed to the proposal and requested that they will only pay half the amount upfront and the remainder once we have successfully established their product API connection and completed all functionalities. Once again, we agreed since we were promised a long term relationship by the client.
On 15th December the project manager Rohit(mentioned in the review) informed Mr. Jashua Swack(the person who is posting the review) that all the functionalities have been completed and we would only require a plugin to establish the API connection. The cost of the plugin was $65(One-Time) which was to be purchased directly from the platform which offered the plugin. Rohit tried to ensure the client if the plugin doesn't perform according to the expectation of the client the company will be happy to refund the amount of the plugin. Upon hearing this not only did Mr. Joshua Swack started shouting that the company was trying to upsell him he went on to say that since Rohit is Indian he is incapable of handling this project and he speaks over you and down on you. Rohit is one of our best project managers and none of the clients have ever had the same concern with him. Instead of arguing on this matter, the company believed that it was more important to do the job, therefore Steve Turner was assigned to the project by the company so that the client would not have any issues.
Fast Forward to Yesterday, the project was fully completed by Apex Web Studios according to the requirements of the client. Since the client had more than 7000+ products we requested them to share their server with us since we cannot upload all the products on our staging server. The client then started yelling and shouting again that you guys are trying to upsell us, even though it was clearly mentioned in the pre-sale call and the proposal shared with them in November that hosting and maintenance charges would be separate (if you want those service from Apex) otherwise the client was free to choose their own server. The client then insisted on speaking to Rohit again, when Rohit explained everything to them, they had no answer and just kept saying that you are going back on your words. Even though we have the initial call recording and proposal in which everything is mentioned. When we mentioned this repeatedly, they Hung up the call and posted this review.
Conclusion:
Defaming Rohit even after he did not do anything and he was removed from the project just to make the client comfortable is completely wrong. Saying that we went over the proposal when the 2 guys Mr. Guru and Joshua Swack from Forever Furniture are the ones who are going over the Proposal. Classic example of people defaming a company when they are the ones who are wrong!

Fabulous Experience with Apex Web Studios
We had a fabulous experience with Apex Web Studios and our account manager Mark Cooper. The company have some great deals on offer and their service is exceptional. Mark and the team were very responsive and followed up with us frequently. They were doing a design service for us, for which they sent really helpful information and portfolios. During the design process, we were able to communicate with them daily via email and phone. They took on board all our requests in their initial design and in the subsequent revisions to the design.
