Apex Windows were brilliant. No pushy sales, great price, clear communication, and a friendly, tidy fitting team. The doors look great. Highly recommend.

A lady representing Apex Windows rang my bell and waited for me to answer. I have a big dog that was barking away, but when I opened the door while trying to keep the dog in the house, she started petting the puppy who was also at the door and trying to get out. I was attempting keep the dogs in the house and in control...and it was obvious, but she just stood there and was trying to "make polite conversation." I asked for what she needed/wanted several times. She final said she was from Apex Windows. I pointed to my "NO SOLICITING" sign and she said she wasn't soliciting, that my house was prefect for some kind of special replacement project and I would only have to pay HALF. I told her she was soliciting and that she would be reported. NOT OK APEX. RESPECT THE NO SOLICITING SIGNS!!! AND RESPECT THE BIG DOGS...especially when the owner is saying"SH*T, she'd not harnessed!

I required a door that can go on a latch. I do not know names of locks but rather told the sales man what features I needed to have. I then signed on a lock based on our discussion, but when it was installed there is no latch option. They claim I signed I wanted this lock and so they are not responsible but I only signed after discussing the features I needed. I am left with a nice door but not what I need. They were very pushy for payment and offered to take off £100. I am left with what looks like a nice door but it doesn't meet my needs and I cannot afford to re-do!! I have also noticed recently that the seal between the door and my house has started to come away. I fear I will be needed to pay another company to sort out this mess!!

We had replacement sliding patio doors fitted and the Father and son installers were great removed and fitted the new doors in two hours. lovely standard of work and very pleased. we are now considering have all of our wooden windows replaced.

Andy and Matt’s work this week in fitting our windows has been faultless, it’s been a fantastic effort.

They have been punctual the whole week, working to tight deadlines in the cold and rain.

They have transformed our house; we couldn’t ask for more.

We are very appreciative of all their work and effort in a short space of time.

I will recommend them to all our friends and family. Can’t wait to work with Apex Windows, Matt and Andy in the near future.

When I first read some reviews on Apex, I almost decided against giving them our work.
When Scott came in initially for Sales and presentation; his level of professionalism made me believe this was the company we would go with.

So whoever is out there writing negative reviews for this company, you should come and see the work done for us to perfection with no single fault or complaint.

Our fittings were fast-tacked a week before the actual appointment date.

Cleanliness was 100%, they left the house spotless every day after each work carried out.

Andy even went to learn my language and greeted me the next morning in my language to my surprise.

For any fittings, I would always recommend Andy and Matt.
Once again, A big thank you to Andy and Matt.

Matt and Andy were their usual force of nature, dynamic, organised, professional, experienced and highly skilled. In synchronisation with Pete and son, they were able to take out our window, knock out the wall, put in a bifold door, rebuild a wall and put back in the window all in space of a day and a half!
Thank you once again for helping us in our latest project and we will definitely be coming back for more at a later date!

Great experience with Apex Windows! We had a couple of cloudy windows & had Apex replace the glass. It was a small job so we were really pleased with how responsive they were. Marcelino & his crew did the repairs and were quick, clean, polite & professional. Their office was super quick in scheduling our work & responding to our calls. We'd definitely use them again.

From first consultation to installing my door it’s has been 1st class service. I will definitely be using again and would recommend to anyone.

Had the 2 fitters that turned out to be brothers. They put down dust sheets, were very polite and professional and even cleaned up after they finished!

Steve fit our front door in December and very pleased with his work. He was punctual, chatty and cleaned up after the job.

I had my door installed recently. wow lovely job. had small issue someone was sent quickly to fix it even though my door was not expensive. thank you apex.

We had a new UPVC door installed by Apex at one of our rental properties in Luton. They arrived on time and were courteous during their time on site. The installation was quick so the tenant did not have to wait around for very long. I have used Apex many times over the last 10 years and come highly recommended.

We required a new back door and found this company on google. They looked like a reasonable company. I booked a visit to measure up and order the door. A second chap arrived to measure the door. This order took quite some time to arrive and was not what we ordered originally when delivered to be installed. Installer was very professional and also advised that this door looked wrong. He advised us to contact the office.
So the chap who came to quote for the door was contacted and he came again with a sample of the correct outer colouring for the door. We did add additional glass, which we agreed to pay extra for. I chased and chased for an install day and was told it was ordered. Another person arrived to measure the door from this company, which seemed strange as we were under the impression that the door had been ordered already. I telephoned the office again a few weeks later and was told that the door was on order with another company but there was delays in gettin the glass. This was normal due to covid. The person in the office eventually gave us a date of install of 6/8. 2/8 the installer turned up and installed our new door. I cannot give him enough praise for a great job. Shame the customer service is so bad. I cannot recommend this company to any friends or family due to the poor customer service we have received.

Replacement windows and doors in a Conservation Area. Excellent match for look original windows and a nice job of fitting them.

Good quality products and great value. They are very competitive and the window and door fitters were great. Would of been 5 stars but they took 18 months to complete and still is not 100% correctly finished. The measurement on the door frame was still wrong and the correct security lock has still not been fully rectified (found out later I could of changed it myself by unscrewing it and buying a better one off amazon for £100 cheaper).

I am going through a renovation and have installed 10No. windows and 1No. composite door.
Sales team are really great and not pushy, product talks for itself.

Install team courteous and professional.

We install triple glased anthercite windows. All works perfectly. we have a few snags with windows and doors. return visits booked and attended without an issue.

at time of install trickle vent covers missing, this was installed with no issues.

Door has a issue onsite, the frame was replaced. I think the doors are from another supplier, but the windows are made in house.

2 months after install, noticed that an external trickle vent cover missing, Luke called me back from my email and has popped a few in the post to me! thank you.

I highly recommend Apex for product, price and service.

Had a broken Pella window from a golf ball . Apex first came out to measure and return to reinstall the new glass . Professional, timely , and polite . It’s the company to call for any kind of window service. Also , they were less expensive than others I contacted .

I used Apex Windows about 1 month ago and they did an amazing job replacing my entire front and back windows to my house. It has made such a different already. If you are lucky enough to fall within the catchment area, there's no other company I would recommend.
