Awful packaging

No problem with items, but packaging was absolutely awful, polo shirt arrived like it had been through a mangle, creases all over it.

Great price and service

My product was a great price and arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it was too big. I called the company for advice on return for an exchange and the assistant was extremely helpful. Returned and now awaiting my replacement.

Barber beanie mens bobble hat

I purchased the barber beanie bobble hat for men. I'm not convinced that it is a real Barbour hat?! The small logo attached to the hat is plastic?! I thought it was supposed to be leather?!

Positive experience

First time order from here. I found the website easy to order from, they also offer payment schemes, like klarna. Delivery was quick and trackable (thankfully as my courier delivered to wrong address). The item is of a good quality. Very happy with the service and purchase. Would definitely use again.
