Refund only for 21 days despite Christmas
Really disappointed as the item is nice but is a Christmas present however you can only have a refund within 21 days. The item is not cheap so now I have to decide whether to give the gift before Christmas or whether to just return it now. What a ridiculous rule at this time of year. Would never use again for this reason

Fraud organisation! Thieves!!
I paid £139.99 for a shirt on 5th October and was promised delivery within 2-3 days, which was crucial as I was travelling immediately after that deadline. I even emailed customer service from Aphrodite after placing my order to express the importance of delivery within 2-3 days and they confirmed I would receive it on 9th October. However, till today I have not received the item! They claim it was left in some post box and have provided a blurry, impossible to recognise picture as 'evidence' even though I have NEVER asked them to leave it anywhere but my apartment. Yet, their courier (who they selected, not me) left it at a place they were not supposed to and have no evidence except a blurry picture. I CHALLENGE Aphrodite to explain why the item was left anywhere other than to my apartment despite no such instruction being given!! I CHALLENGE THEM!!
Furthermore, in the signature section, they've just written my apartment number!! Shambolic!! Absolutely shambolic!!
Despite multiple emails and signing a document confirming I've not received the item, I have still not received my refund of £139.99. I have raised a number of pointed questions to Aphrodite which they've ignored and keep pointing me to some obscure T&Cs on their website which they know nobody reads!!
I was promised delivery in 2-3 days, but even more than 2 weeks after placing the order, I neither have the item nor do I have my money. Aphrodite is a fraud organisation and I have filed a claim against them in the county court. I look forward to receiving my £139.99 + legal fee + interest from these frauds. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

I can see that your order was placed at 9:13 p.m. on 5th October and the option of standard delivery was selected at the checkout.
As this order was placed after our cut-off time of 3 p.m., it was processed and dispatched the following day.
I can see that you contacted our customer service team to advise you would be shortly traveling and we advised that delivery would be due to take place on Monday 9th October.
We do not promise or guarantee any delivery times, on our delivery page, we advise that standard delivery via Royal Mail can take up to 18 days.
After you disputed your delivery, our customer service team contacted the courier for more information, and they advised the delivery was successful to your Apartment Block Post-box (a delivery image taken by the driver was provided).
The number of the Post-box corresponds to your apartment number provided at the checkout and the GPS recorded at the time of delivery was also correct for your address.
By placing an order with us through our website you are in agreement with our terms and conditions, as previously advised this stipulates that "if a delivery takes place and a claim is raised for missing goods or damage, we have 30 days from the date the complaint is raised with the courier, the outcome of which will be dependent on the investigation and each case will be looked at on an individual basis."
The courier has informed us that this shipment has been delivered correctly, therefore we must let them proceed with this investigation and will update you every step of the way.
As soon as we have received an outcome from the courier we will be in contact.
