Order blocked at customs due to company mistake – still waiting for refund
I placed an order on February 21 and it was supposed to arrive on March 3. Unfortunately, the package was blocked at customs in Moldova because APM Monaco indicated the currency from Dubai instead of the local currency on the documents.
Because of this mistake, I never received my order. I contacted customer service and requested a refund, but many days have passed and I still have not received my money back. The only response I received was that they have no feedback yet.
This situation is very frustrating and shows a lack of professionalism. When a mistake like this happens, the company should resolve the issue quickly and refund the customer without delay.
I hope APM Monaco improves its customer service and takes responsibility for errors that affect customers.

Disappointing Experience
Honestly, I expected a better experience considering the amount I paid. The shine and finish of some of the jewelry pieces were not as I expected, and a few items looked slightly dull.
As for the return service, it was very disappointing. I have dealt with many brands before, and most of them provide free returns with a courier picking up the item directly from my home. It is unreasonable that I had to pay for the return shipping and also go to the shipping office myself to drop it off.
On top of that, using DHL made the experience even worse. Their working hours were not reliable — I went to their office more than once during their supposed working hours and found it closed, which wasted my time. The delivery was also delayed.
Overall, I expected a much better level of service from your brand. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing, and I will not be purchasing again.

Wrong currency and terrible experience
I ordered a ring and paid about 1900 MDL, but on the shipping documents the company wrote the value as 1900 AED. Because of this mistake, the customs broker said the value was much higher than 150 euros. As a result, the package could not be cleared and had to be sent back.
This was not my mistake, it was the company’s error with the currency, but I still had to wait a long time and deal with the problem. It caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted time.
I hope the company improves their system and checks the correct currency before shipping orders so this does not happen to other customers.
