Really great service from the team. I wanted my documents attested for the UAE. I put in my details on their online form and received a call within half an hour. They told me what was required, and all the costs are agreed upfront. This was my first time using such a service and once they received my documents they kept me updated on the progress. Everything worked as planned, and I even got my order well within the promised time. Much different from other agents that I had contacted who took long to respond and were not clear of the actual costs. 5 stars for London Apostille Services from me.

This is the second time I’ve used Apostille London’s services, and once again they have been outstanding.
Their customer service is excellent — I genuinely cannot fault them. Communication was clear, consistent, and very speedy throughout the entire process.
I experienced an issue with my birth certificate being delayed and not delivered, which was understandably concerning, especially as I live overseas. However, the team handled the situation with great professionalism and care, quickly addressing my concerns and resolving the problem efficiently.
I was incredibly impressed that I received my birth certificate the very next day after the issue was dealt with.
Their reliability and dedication to their clients really stand out.

I have used LAS twice for urgent apostilles on various documents, including ACRO and birth certificates. In both cases I had the certificates sent directly to them, then they handled the apostilles, returning both scans and originals. LAS was fantastic each time - excellent communication at every step, flawless and fast work.

Very disappointing experience.
I paid £150 for a notarised translation that I specifically needed for embassy use. In my request I clearly explained that my certificate already had an apostille and that I only needed a properly prepared notarised translation for the embassy.
However, the service I received did not meet these requirements. The translation was not prepared correctly for embassy submission. In addition, the document was never sent to me by courier as expected.
Because of this situation, I had to urgently find another translator in London and pay £120 to redo the translation properly.
Despite explaining the problem, no refund was offered. Instead, I only received replies claiming that the service had been completed, which is simply not true.
This caused me financial loss, stress, and wasted time. If the company was not familiar with embassy requirements, they should not have accepted the order and taken payment.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
