I highly recommend this company without a doubt.
Having used this company many times over the last few months for Apostilles, documents needing certified and notarized. All part of my Spanish Digital Nomad Visa process, gathering the needed documentation over weeks/months. They have always provided a fast, reliable and professional service every time.

In the last couple of weeks, I was asked by UGE (Spanish visa office in Madrid) for extra documentation, nightmare, 3 in total from HMRC. I was given 10 working days to acquire these from HMRC, have them certified and apostilled and submitted to UGE, all via family members as I was already in Spain – absolute nightmare!

The whole team ensured the certification and apostilled were done within 2 days of them receiving my HMRC documents, after HMRC posted out, then mum posting to Apostille Service.

They will even scan the documents and email the PDF’s of them to you, as well as next day delivery.

Michelle in particular, was absolutely amazing, getting my last HMRC document on the 7th working day (Tuesday). She had it apostilled and scanned PDF’s emailed back to me on the Thursday afternoon, so I could have it sworn translated and everything could be submitted electronically on 10th working day.

I really can’t thank her enough as I honestly thought I would run out of time (HMRC’s delay).

Thanks to her going above and beyond to help, I made my submission deadline and now happily to say, have my visa approved. That would not have happened if it wasn’t for all her help, and I can never thank her enough.

I cannot praise Apostille Service highly enough. They managed the entire process of getting my important documents apostilled from start to finish with absolute professionalism and efficiency.

Their website tracking is excellent — I could see progress at every stage, which gave me real peace of mind throughout the process.

A special mention must go to Alex, who personally called me to discuss a small technical issue with one of my documents. Instead of just processing it blindly, he took the time to explain the situation clearly and even suggested merging two documents into one to save me money. They then refunded me for one document, which was completely unexpected and incredibly honest.

The turnaround was fast, communication was clear, and the level of customer service was exceptional. It’s rare to find a company that is this efficient and genuinely customer-focused.

Applying for a Spanish study visa was one of the most stressful things I have done. Thank goodness these guys knew what they were doing because I was on the edge!
They not only provided the required services (apostille and sworn translations) within 24hrs of getting the correct documents because they knew I was desperate for them, but they gave advice on how to obtain the correct documentation, and signposted to the quickest services to get them. I cannot thank them enough. Well worth the money.

I got my Cambridge (Master of Arts) diploma from 2015 with apostille in 2025 extremely fast. I am based in Poland (Lublin). The company received my diploma on Thursday and I got it back on Tuesday, with a courier (DHL Express). My customer experience was 100% positive.

Obtained a copy of marriage certificate for me, had it apostilled and sent to me in 7 working days. Rhianna was my contact.

I tried the Apostille Service after having been told by another company that they would not be able to apostille my documents within the time available, which was over one month. I sent three documents to the Apostille Service for apostilling and paid their reasonable charges, but then had to ask them not to proceed with two of the documents. They cheerfully dealt with the remaining one within a very short time and immediately refunded the balance of my payment. I was always able to correspond with a person - Rebecca - who was very helpful at every stage. I shall be using them again!

Apostille Services are excellent. Royal mail managed to lose our document and we had to hand deliver a second copy direct to Apostille Services office. They understood the situation and without fuss but with great competence, turned our document around and it was back with us fully completed within 2 days of our delivery. Thank you for removing the stress and for completing everything so professionally. Communication and assistance were perfect.

Group if misleading people

I sent three documents to this company for quick turn around. Unfortunately I had an issue with one document that wasn't able to be verified by the FCDO. Apostille Services were great in sending the said document off. After the third time I managed to speak to all parties and it came back verified and sent to me the next day, today. People who say this is a scam company are probably not the smartest cookies. Its very much a legit company who were very helpful.

Their customer service team is absolutely the best. I was in panic since Royal Mail delayed my documents to them due to Christmas rush. I was assisted by Lewis Downey, and he went above and beyond to help me , he had checked their freshly incoming mails for me ( and found my letter) , and accommodated all my ” 0 hour stressed “ random requests, which was even confusing for me, however he was extremely patient and kind during my brainstorm.
I got everything sorted out and gained a huge trust to the company. I will def use it next time as well!

Received legalised marriage certificate within the expected timeframe.

I sent my document to receive an apostille on 14th May. On website they said it was 15 working days the waiting time. When I sent an email to receive update they said they still working on 9th May application. They shouldn't offer such a bad service. It's something important that needs to be fast.

They can't apostille an A1 certificate. Would have been good to know beforehand but everything is automated. Wasted a few days when already up against it to submit these documents for a visa application.

Scam ?? I paid for an apostile service sent the documents BUT the apostille number come as fake on uk.gov website so not re cognised as true certificate....

So i can not use it... poor poor service or a big scam.

Best company ever - fast and efficient!
First I called several other services in Cambs only to find out that local notaries are popping in once a week or so, otherwise working in London, and if I tried to expedite it to be complete in 2-3 weeks, they would charge extra for some "agents", yet providing no guarantee that I will receive it back by my deadline.
So, I found this company in Coventry, and called having no hope. Ended up best experience ever! On Monday morning I posted 2 diplomas for the apostille, special delivery, on Friday it was back to my doorstep, all complete! And I paid 2-3 times less then what my local notaries were trying to charge. 5 working days, those including delivery - brilliant service! I am totally grateful and will certainly use again if needed, and will advise to all my friends.

Poor service and a scam. They report a fake rejection of the document. I checked with the superintendent registrar and their claim was completely faked. In order to try to make you order a duplicate certificate from them. I asked for the evidence of the rejection from.the FCDO but they couldn't provide it. A total scam and I can pursuing for a total refund for this.

SCAM!!!! they took the payment for the apostille twice, I contacted them immediatelly and they promised to refund it (469 EUR). Waiting already 4 months, I keep writing them on email, whats app, everywhere and nobody is talking to me. They always ignore it or tell me that they will get back to me soon, but nothing is happening. Extremely poor customer service. Once I ordered express service for extra charge 149 EUR and it took them 3 weeks before they even shipped it, when the apostille was actually done in two working days. It was extremely urgent to get the document done on time and I kept writing them very often to know the update, and they always just told me that they will tell notary to ship it "as soon as possible". Very annoying agency! Owing me money, they don't do what you paid for and they don't communicate. Some documents that I paid for I never received - instead of it, they sent me one document twice by mistake. Again, they don't care. I would never risk to work with them again. This case has been directed to the institutions to solve it, because this is nothing but fraud.

Very competitive price and great service
I sent my marriage certificates on a Monday using Royal Mail Special Delivery. They were returned on the Friday via the courier with the Apostille stamp. Very pleased with the service.

I had my Degree, Marriage and Birth certificates attested by the UAE embassy via apostille.org.uk and I can't fault the service. Degree took around 10 working days to be sent back to me and other certificates took about 7, so very happy with this
