I waited over a month
I waited over a month. They said 10 to 14 business days. Didn’t happen. Not even close. I kept calling. Three times a day. Every day. Used the chat, too. Twenty-one days. Not one live person. Incredible.
Then I looked at the reviews. Suddenly, everything made sense.
So I filed a dispute with my bank. Best decision I made.
Here’s the amazing part. At 3:34 a.m., my bank confirmed they received the dispute. At 3:35 a.m., one minute later, I got an email saying my account was canceled and my fees were being refunded.
One minute. Think about that.
Apparently, when a bank gets involved, things move very, very quickly.
If you’re still waiting, don’t wait forever. Get your money back. File the dispute if you have to. It’s amazing how fast problems get solved when the money starts going the other direction..

Paid the fees 95.00 and waited and waited... no card. After 25 days I call, asked for a refund, sensing a scam. Still haven't recieved the refund , total SCAM

Just got an email this morning they canceled the card for no reason. After waiting a month.

Extremely long wait to receive card(2 months), hard to get card activated( 4 days of trying, still no results) waiting to receive my activation and program fee refund

Worst credit card company I've ever dealt with. Paying the upfront fee's wasn't a problem, it was the exceptionally long delay receiving the card. And getting conflicting responses as to its arrival time. After finally getting the card, I'm still unable to activate it. An agent is never available to assist when I call, and currently it's been three days waiting a return call.
Sent application on May 6
Sent application on May 6. Was told card had been mailed and would arrive May 27-29. No card came and each time I contacted customer service they assured my card had been sent. I read customer reviews and found out they some other company charged 195 to activate the card. I sent an email asking for my card to be cancelled and a refund. My refund came the next day. This has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Applied for a different card, no fees and it arrived 5 days later. This card is a joke and a rip off. If you know anyone who has applied tell them to cancel, it's not worth it.
Yeah they lie
Yeah they lie. I paid the fees they asked for on 5-7 and still never received a card.
You reach out to customer service and you get the same bullshit excuse from every agent.
So, don't waste your time. They are a bunch of lying crooks.
Scam Scam aScam
Scam. Paid fees, never received a card. It’s been over 2 months and whenever I do get in contact with someone, they all say 7 to 10 days. It’s been over $60. I contacted classaction.gov and told them everything to get a class action lawsuit going against them, I encourage everyone to do the same. Let’s sue these bastards.
Got screwed and scammed!
Got screwed and scammed! I emailed them asking where my card was and they said it's on the way from the carrier. I applied in April but now it's June. RESERVE CREDIT CARD IS A TOTAL SCAM! I asked for a refund through email and I got ignored. Pathetic
So I apply for this card and the fee…
So I apply for this card and the fee was $35 than they turn around and ask for $60 to send it. I have the card now after months of not having it. I just now call for refund and they said if I cancel I will no longer be eligible for future products for their company. I’m like in order for me to want the incentive to be part of your company or to have products from your company, I need a little bit of upfront and honesty then what was provided. I applied in April. I just got the card now in June and I couldn’t activate it. I put in my card information to activate it online and then it turns around and tells me that I have to call a number to activate my card and no one answers for me to activate my card so basically there is no use for this card for me and their response is well you’re frustrated cause they’re backed up on activating cards and I left a voicemail for them to call me back and no one has called me. No I’m frustrated because I was told you go online to activate it not you activate it online then you call a number you didn’t say that. They are supposed to send money back to my bank, let seen how long that takes.
They claimed they refunded my $95 back…
They claimed they refunded my $95 back they didn't. What ever you do do not apply they are scammers and they take your money. I applied April 20th and here it June 23rd they never refunded nothing. I wish i could give them a negative star
Think i’m going to Cancel my account…
Think i’m going to Cancel my account with these guys. Received the card on friday. Had to wait til monday to call and activate. Took them 2 whole days to get in touch with someone so i can activate it. On top of that, i was told i was approved for $300, only $30 is available to spend and then they charge all these extra fees. it’s not worth it.

It's been 3 weeks trying to activate my card. No one answers the phone and they hit you with fee's before sending you a card... Scam,scam,scam.... I've called everyday and have left numerous voice mails with no call back.
THIS CARD & COMPANY ARENT WORTH IT
This company needs to be more upfront about how the whole thing works. They have you pay $35 for a fee then if you want to proceed ypu have to pay another $60 or you cant even continue with your application. Anyways, I applied on April 29th and now its Junev22nd and no card ever came. They kept telling me it was coming but nope. I did some digging to see exactly what these fees were and its for some credit builder which is optional, yet they make you pay it to continue with applying for the card. Very sneaky and shady! So I finally asked for a refund because after reading all these complaints and hearing that if you do get your card, right away theyre taking another $75 out for the annual fee and then over $100 more for some other credit monitoring or something. ITS NOT WORTH IT!

Two months never sent me a card keot telling me to wait i think everyone thats been screwed by them get together file a class action lawsuit against tthem
Scam
I applied for this card as a backup for my other 2 cards i have , the first thing i didnt like was the fees that they collected in advance , the only other card i have that charged a fee just tacked it on the card balance to appear on the first statement but those guys wanted it paid in advance which should have been a red flag !
The card arrived and i went online to activate , i entered the information requested and then was directed to call a phone number.
I called just to get a message that no agents were available and to leave my number.
I tried several times over a period of 4 days with the same result , i contacted their business chat on FB to get all kinds of excuses , finally when i told them that i was going to contact the authorities i received a email that the card was cancelled and they will refund my fees !
I believe that this is a scam, they collect and sell your information and take your money and then stall hoping that eventually people give up .
I suggest for anyone who fell in their trap to contact the AG office in your state and also contact the FBI and the postal inspectors office , since they use the mail and operate accross state line this falls into the realm of the FBI
This is a scam they can’t answer and…
This is a scam they can’t answer and when they do they give you another number to call to activate. I have paid the fees totaling up to $95 and got my card but can’t activate it. It gives you the runaround. So this credit card is a scam
