I ordered one nail clipper and it automatically went to and charged for three and included a service fee. When I looked up your company I saw many complaints and Apparenth called a scam company with items not received and items switched and lots of warnings. I've added mine to Face Book.

Ordered the sea glass mugs that several other people have complained about. Not only were they not at all like the picture but I had to pay the postage to pick them up from our post office because once the package hits the states they create a shipping label, send the package and then void the label. I tried to get my money back by filing a claim with paypal and they denied the claim. It's ridiculous!!

I ordered, the product never arrived according to their tracking. When I asked about it, they gave me a whole different tracking company information than what they provide that said the product had been damaged and not deliverable. When I asked for a refund, they refused unless they charged me for the new product and shipping. Then I received another email that said, it was deliverable, after all, but my post office had returned it to the wrong warehouse after it not being picked up (which, if undeliverable, never even made it to me to be notified that I had damaged product to pickup ) They have refused refunds or to replace their product without charging me twice.
Now they have settled on a refund of less than half of what I paid for the product, and refuse to do anything else. Do not buy

I bought this mug cuz I thought it was a good gift for my spouse for his birthday.the ad said the tools were attached to it.I received the mug 3 wks. later.I just got the mug and there are no tools on it.I mean I got a mug with tools painted on it.I paid $28. for a mug with tools painted on it.I am so disappointed and so pissed off about it.It is nothing like it supposed to be.beware before you buy it.

Buyer Beware--don't purchase from this company. Their buy one get one free sale at Christmas time was a joke. I purchased 2 sea glass mugs that when they arrived --do not look like the pictures on the website. The glass is thin and the coloring is not true to the picture. I purchased a wave cup and a sunset cup (on the website it shows a yellow to blue gradient. It's actually orange to blue). The decription stated that the sea glass heart comes with the cup already. When I received the shipment--at least they actually arrived--but to my dismay I only received 1 cup of each type. When it was advertised as buy one get one free meaning I purchased 2 cups and should have received 4 cups. Now the customer service is telling me the free item wasn't a cup but the sea glass heart that the description says automatically came with the cup. And if I want my full refund, I have to send the cups back to a Chinese warehouse that will incur high shipping costs but the tracking information says the package came from Sweden directly to US customs--never referencing a Chinese location. Will never buy from this company ever again and I hope that no one else does either. This company should feel ashamed of taking advantage of their customers.

Bought a "100% Sea Class Coffee Cup" and received a cheap, not anywhere close to the advertised picture ordinary glass cup.

I ordered a mug as a Christmas present which advertises it comes with a free pendent that had a cute saying on it. That’s what sold me was the pendent I thought it made a cute Christmas gift. I received the mug( after Christmas ) but never received the pendent when I emailed customer service about it they assured me I received everything and would not send me the piece that was missing. The offered me 2 dollars!!! 2 dollars!!! Money is not the point. It’s that they false advertise things! I will never buy from here again!

I ordered Christmas candles over a month ago and they still have not come as it is Christmas Eve. These were Christmas gifts that cannot be given. Customer service did not address my issues. They just sent me tracking. We’ll never order from them again.

Update: December 30th. Not delivered yet!

Entirely fraudulent. I purchased a wallet, not realizing it was from China. Over a month later (when it was too late to challenge the expense at my bank), they indicated the item was delivered. However, the order was shown to have been delivered to a random address in another state. When contacting customer support, they would only say that the item shows as having been delivered. No response when I clarified it was sent to some unknown address.

The hoodies I ordered were terrible quality. I ordered 3 in a size medium as I was going to give them for gifts to women who wore size 8 but they were way too tight! They were too small for my sisters who wear size 4!
I paid $117 for these and after MULTIPLE emails they conceded to give me $20 US back. Their return policy says they’ll give 100%! I am now stuck with these 3 items!

I bought pepper grinders
Upon receiving them, they did not function because of a design or manufacturing error which prevented the casing from screwing together securely, making the product useless.
My complaint was met with a denial and an offer of a $2 credit.
FU, in other words!

I've found that, with a bad back, completely flat shoes cause more back pain. These shoes have a bit more height in the back, like a tennis shoe, and it's just what I needed. I can wear these all day, on my feet and walking, and feel good at the end of the day. I know they'll last forever but that won't keep me from buying another pair next year and another pair the year after, etc.I also love the color I got -- red and cranberry combo.

I bought these sneaker's for my granddaughter for Easter. She loves that they are so comfortable and they looked really cute. She was very fashionable this Easter 2023 as well as able to find plenty of Easter eggs.

I wear a women’s 7.5 and ordered these in a size 5 and they fit perfectly. It feels like walking on air, the shoe is super breathable, and the design is darling. Highly recommend!
