always a bit if trepidation with meet and greet but this company is in a different league , great communication, punctual pick up and no wait times, the best i have used and I've been meet and greet for some years

Apple Parking were really helpful from the minute we booked. Very clear on instructions on drops offs and when returning back from our break in Dublin! We had a flight cancelled so needed an extra day parking, Apple gave us nothing to worry about and extended our stay with them. Will use again in the future and also will recommend to family and friends!

I’ve used many Meet & Greet services before and often at least one element of the service has let me down. However from booking through to pickup I couldn’t fault Dolphin. Professional, polite, responsive - I’ll definitely use them for all future meet and greet!

First time of using Apple parking meter and greet at Heathrow T5. A very positive experience. We only waited a few minutes when we were dropping off and on our return they were obviously monitoring the flight as they called us soon after landing and the car was ready to go when we got to the airport. Will definitely use again

I used Apple parking’s meet & greet service at Heathrow Terminal 2 in Nov 2024. To say I was impressed is an understatement. As someone that has used a couple of meet & greet services, this company easily stands out as one of the best thus far.
I was called a few hours to the time I was meant to drop the car to confirm the time. On the journey to the airport, I received another call to confirm that I was on the way. The operative was waiting for us by the time we got to the airport.
I mistakenly put an incorrect return flight number. I received a text while abroad to send the correct information so that they can monitor my flight back.
I received a call just after we landed & told the operative will be waiting once I confirm that I have collected my baggage. I called after we collected our baggage & the operative was at the car park within five minutes of my call.
Exceptional service& I will definitely be using them again.

Unexpectedly very good. A last minute substitute for a more expensive provider but they were faultless. Rang ahead half an hour before arriving and the very pleasant driver was there. On our return I called when we had our bags and the same young man was there 10 minutes later. Will definitely look for them next time. Maybe I was lucky but they knock spots off other companies that I’ve used.

Convenient, cost effective, just really very simple and straight forward.
The booking system is quick and easy. Drop off instructions are clear. Telephone operator and the staff member collecting the vehicle are very polite and professional.
On return, we were ready to leave but still had couple of hours remaining on our booking. We took a chance to call Apple Parking to see if they could bring the car early. They brought the car within 10 mins without any questions.
