Smooth and simple booking...great communication, my car was delivered in same condition l left in their care...using this service again next time

Driver on time and good communication

The service was professional and friendly. Everything worked as planned at drop-off and my car was ready and waiting for me when I returned. Would definitely recommend.

I normally use the "park & ride" service when travelling from London Heathrow, however, on this occasion, I decided to try one of the "meet & greet" services (really to avoid having to drag my luggage around in a car park). I chose to use Apple Parking due to their feed and pricing.
The initial pick-up was prompt and efficient as well as the driver being polite.
Upon my return, my car's main battery (an electric vehicle) had drained to 0 over the 3 weeks I was away (due to temperatures in London plummeting to as low as -7° C). When I called Apple Parking to arrange pick-up they told me of the situation. They then arranged to pick me up with my luggage and at their car park assisted me with charging the vehicle.
I greatly appreciate their efforts to help me in that situation. As a result of this experience, Apple Parking has gained me as a loyal customer who will choose this parking service whenever I travel out of Heathrow.

You will need to add approximately £15 to your costs to enter and exit short stay. There was about 10-15 minutes delay at pick up and return, which I’ve not had with other Meet and Greet services. There are two ’phone numbers and you don’t always get a reply when calling. My app shows that my car went on a roughly 20 mile journey over the course of the week, being moved from site to site.

Best Avoided. Poor handover process with no card offered or photos taken. The car travelled nearly 50 miles whilst with Apple Parking being shuttled around various compounds meaning I did not have enough charge left for the return trip home. Long waits for hand over and pick up and poor communications.

Very happy with the service. Called 30 mins out and someone came shortly after we parked to collect the car. Drop off was perfectly timed,

Apple meet and greet were fantastic providing a first class service as well as being incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided excellent communication, immediately available when ringing and giving advice on location. They were on time. And the meet and greeter helpful and friendly. I can’t recommend this service enough. My car was beautifully taken care of and delivered to me in good time. This is the only meet and greet service I will be using moving forward and has surpassed all my expectations. The best rate also for a week.

This is an excellent parking service that we highly recommend. From drop off to pick up, everything was seamless. The staff are extremely polite and genuinely willing to help. Our return flight was actually cancelled and they immediately noticed and rang us to make arrangements before we had the chance to ring them. This was so helpful, as we were frantically trying to make arrangements for a new flight back and extended accommodation. We couldn’t emphasise enough how extremely satisfied we were with the service and the staff’s professionalism and politeness. We will definitely use them again in the future and we highly recommend them.
