On time, reliable and easy

rang on my way to the airport still took over 45 minutes after my pick up time to collect car and on the return to pick up after my phone call it was 2 hours and 10 minutes before i got my car back

Everything was perfect. I am extremely happy on the service of apple car parking.

Not sure what’s meet and greet about this. Delayed us by an hour when dropping the car off. Then when we arrived gave them an hour notice on arrival for them to take 2 hours to get the car. Could have walked to where they probably stored it in that time.

Overall ok service - delayed for 30 minutes when I drop off, and 1.5 hours when I pick up my car. Considering it’s cheaper than other company it’s kind of expected but I’m not impressed

They were there waiting when I dropped my car off and returned my car on arrival back swiftly. Good communication, no fuss and very polite and friendly. What’s not to like at a very reasonable price

Excellent service, I choose meet and greet, driver was there at airport on time and pickup was on time too where the driver got my car into parking at the scheduled time.

Excellent customer service: my trip was delayed by a week and the amendment was so easy and the cost was very less compared to any other company.

Best Services I have ever used from start to finish and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them from now on!

Great service. The driver was on time bothe at drop off and pickup. Our car was well looked after and the instructions were very simple. Will definitely use again!

I was a bit skeptical to begin with due to how cheap it was but Apple delivered a really good service. They picked up and dropped off on time. I am unsure where the cars are stored but overall a really good service, however bare in mind you will have to pay the Terminal parking for the drop off and collection too (around extra £14)

Very reliable greet and meet service. I will be using Apple parking every 3 weeks when I'm flying home from Heathrow!

This company was very helpful when our booked (and paid for) M&G co failed to meet us. Obviously we had a flight to catch so their offer to take the car there and then was welcome.
However despite Apple being very efficient in obtaining payment and communication through the process they left us waiting over 2 hours upon arrival. I had confirmed the day before we returned that they were aware we had an early landing (4:45am) and our flight number etc- there reply via text of ‘yes see you tomorrow’ gave me hope. As directed I confirmed our landing was on time whilst in the baggage hall but no sign of the agent or the car at the appointed M&G spot. Numerous calls to the numbers were unanswered until I text to say I was reporting the car stolen. The car was then delivered 30mins later and despite the temperature being -1 and my family and I waiting over 2 hours I still had to pay the £7.50 exit fee from the car park. The driver was very apologetic but other M&G drivers there said that this happens every day with Apple.

No issues with dropping the car off - that all went OK. But coming back was a different story. I notified them the day we were flying that we were on a different flight as our original flight had been cancelled. As per their instructions, I called them when we were awaiting our luggage and they said call back when we had our bags. (That took >60 mins which was obviously not Apple's fault). But when I called them to say we had our bags they said that the car was not ready and we should wait in the baggage area and await a call. They kept us waiting for over 20 mins, and another 5 in the car park. The driver knew nothing of the issue. In his favour he offered us a 20% reduction next time we use them, but we won't be doing that. Also, the guy who answered our phone calls was very impolite and not at all apologetic. Never again.

Very efficient, very polite service. I will definitely keep using this Meet and Greet service with Apple Parking.
