Apple Meet and Greet Not be Trustworthy
Apple Meet & Greet Car Parking Services at Heathrow Terminal 2 is not trustworthy at all.
Its shame and disgusting will never ever use Apple Meet and Greet Parking Services.
My car was misused for running
around and was returned back to
me in filthy state inside and outside.
My car was used for purposes
other than transport to and from the parking facility.
I experienced delay from start of my journey on 8th July 2025 in collecting my car despite letting them know in advance was kept waiting.
Delay in delivering my car on
13th August 2025. I was kept waiting despite chasing Apple several times.
I had to pay £40 to get all mats
washed and get my car cleaned thoroughly Inside and outside.
My car had done about extra 30 to 40 miles from 8th July to
13th August 2025
Apple Management are not
Customer Focused or not
experienced enough and not be trusted.
Apple Car Parking Services have poor performance in handling of people personal possessions and are very unprofessional and very proactive.
Apple Car Parking Management and Drives are so rude and very arrogant and have no respect or are betraying people's trust.
I left my car in capable hands to take good care of and in a
very clean state and trusted handed which Apple Management have taken advantage of and have no respect of.

I booked my Apple Meet and Greet Parking Services through Best Holiday Car Parking.
I have logged in complaints for further investigation into the way Apple Meet and Greet Parking's poor performance as they are Provider /sub contractor for Best Holiday Car Parking Services at Heathrow Terminal 1/2/3.
Personally Apple Meet and Greet should be removed from they list as they are provider/sub contractor.

DO NOT BOOK OR USE TRINQOO OR APPLE PARKING FOR THEIR MEET AND GREET SERVICE AT HEATHROW. When I collected my car again late. My car had been used for journeys other than to the storage area. The passenger seat was in full recline position and head rests adjusted. My car is fitted with a tracker so I provided evidence of the journeys and extra miles to both Trinqoo which is the transport part of Apple Parking and also sent the evidence to Apple parking. You get an acknowledgement of your email but no investigation response. I have left messages again no response. I even managed to speak to who I was told was the mgr (Raj) and again sent him the details for investigation again no response. All I want is an apology for the unauthorised journeys, some compensation for the extra fuel and use of my car but again nothing. DO NOT USE APPLE PARKING OR TRINQOO FOR ITS MEET AND GREET SERVICE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, CLEARLY DISHONEST AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS OR CARE FOR ITS CUSTOMERS. I would rate zero stars if I could.
THE WORSE MEET AND GREET SERVICE
My first time using this company and worse nightmare.
Before arrival at the airport, I called the company no answer. My car was meant to be collected at 7am. I kept calling and no answer until 8am. By this time I knew there will be serious problems. My car was later collected at 08.30am by an unprofessional guy with no ID and he did not even take pictures or checked my car. I ended up paying £18 for the parking. I spoke with the manager, and he reassured me that I will be reimbursed for the parking.
I had a lot of anxiety during my holiday about my car, and I was right.
On my arrival my car was brought back to the airport terminal in timely manner, but I noticed damages to the front and of my car and the inside is covered with muds. I questioned the guy who brought my car, and he said he said I need to contact the company because he was only helping them out on that day.
I was very distressed and upset.
I called the manager, and he advised to send pictures of the damages but no response from them.
I took them to small claims court for the damages to my car, and they are still not responding.

1) they were late for pick up
2) drove my car for 1h after picking up.
3) got fined £170 due to they parked wrong.
4) they were extremly rude over the phone!
Good experience
Good experience. They showed up on time, quick hand over. On the way back, we had to wait a little but that doesn’t bother me. What’s critical is arrival so you don’t miss your plane.
I would recommend and will use again.

Car was used by somebody or somebodies frequently at numerous strange times. Car battery depleted and left with the ‘gift’ af part used bottle of After Shave.

Guess, this was because they hadn’t realised that car had a GPS base App installed which proved car location and activity,Shavinterested. Unable to contact, take no responsibility nor do they know anything about provider.

It’s hard to call this company’s service customer-friendly, and if I were to recommend a parking provider to anyone, I’d immediately point them toward a more expensive but far more communicative one: Parkos247.
With Apple Parking, I called them 24 hours before my arrival to inform them from which terminal I was departing and to which I’d be returning (yes, they were two different terminals). Communication with the driver seemed fine—until it wasn’t.
The driver took my car to the wrong terminal and blamed me for the mistake. I had informed the company three times: 24 hours before arrival, again on the day I drove to Heathrow, and once more upon landing, clearly stating which terminal I would be at. And yet, because of the driver’s error, I was forced to pay an extra £30. I was treated like an idiot who gave the wrong information.
I’m a supervisor at a large UK company—this driver should face disciplinary action. When I said I would leave a negative review, he threatened to write a negative review about me in return. I was the one who paid for the service, and I was the only one maintaining contact—something the company failed to do.
A company representative threatening a paying customer? I ended up paying far more than I should have.
Choose Parkos247 instead—they guarantee proper communication and won’t ruin your holiday. With Apple Parking, I had to deal with completely unnecessary stress and lost £30 simply because someone didn’t understand the sentence: “I landed at Terminal X.”
I wanted to leave a positive review. I understand how businesses work. But I won’t tolerate arrogance and hypocrisy.
Awful experience
Awful experience, called the two mobile numbers at least 15 times before anyone picked up after we landed following 18 hours journey on two flights. We were waiting 2.5 hours for them to bring the car. In the small print you also have to pay £7.50 for entry of your car and exit from short stay car park. The car was returned completely covered in dirt, terrible service.

If a zero star review existed, I’d score them that! DO NOT BOOK YOUR AIRPORT PARKING WITH THIS COMPANY…
Unless you want to be late for your flight and have to pay a £14:50 waiting charge because their driver couldn’t be bothered to turn up on time, and then be told “it’s your fault for being late”
On return, we followed the instructions to the letter but nobody answered the phone; we finally made contact via text/ WhatsApp/ live chat - again, a complete waste of time, they hadn’t left the base yet…we waited a further 50 minutes for the car after a long tiring flight only for the car to turn up absolutely filthy inside and out my personal items moved and 50 miles of fuel used…I suspect they’d used it as a staff ‘hack car’.
They’re a disgrace, they don’t deserve your business!
Worst meet and greet ever
Worst meet and greet ever. We called 30mins before as requested - arrived when we said we would it took 50minutes for the driver to turn up to collect the car- we then had to pay £14 for driver to get out even though his fault. When he called me and said 15 mins he was still at home as could hear a baby crying. Web chat is pointless as don’t do as they say. On return no better called went to answer phone- got to car park still no reply- did web chat who said would update and didn’t. Took 40mins to get the car for meet and greet. Do not use them you may miss your flight. Use Maple or holiday extras anyone really. Car came back covered in Bird poo and despite being told they would pay the £7 when we came back they refused. They just accuse you of lying. Disgraceful they shouldn’t be in business.

Tried ringing them on the 2 mobile number provided 35 mins before arrival as requested. No answer. Rang many times but no answer. Finally answered when I had entered LHR parking and as I was 30 minutes early they said I would have to wait until my booking time.
This cost me a much longer short term parking cost. If they had answered the phone earlier I would have pulled in a services and scheduled my arrival for the exact time.
The person on the phone was very bolshy and aggressive saying the reason he didn’t answer the phone was because I was early!!

First time I used this service
First time I used this service. You are suppose to call a half an hour prior to arrival. I forgot. They dealt with it reasonably. On return I called after we collected our luggage. We received the car about 25 minutes later. There was a 20 mile difference between drop off and collection. No damage to the car. All very reasonable.
Used Apple a couple of times but going…
Used Apple a couple of times but going to stop as last few times they were really late. Add 30-40mins to when you say you want car. Expect delays. If travelling with kids use a different service so they are not left standing in cold. Not the best when you just want to get home after a long flight. Parkos offers no support so you will be stranded if you are unable to contact the parking partner as happened with us. Great when it works but really bad when it doesnt. Our experience - make your own mind up.

Great service, polite, good communication, arrival on time as stated, no issues with the car.
And most importantly no joy riding with my car while I was away.
It is convenient and easy to do because it's a meet and Greet no hustle

Absolute joke and definitely not a meet…
Absolute joke and definitely not a meet and greet service. Will never use again. Waited an hour and a half for my car to be returned. I called both numbers provided and no answer and couldn't leave a voicemail as the mailbox was full. Finally delivered car which had an unexplained 54 miles on the clock and the trip counter had been reset. Why? absolutely no business interfering with every single setting on a customer's car. No plausible explanation given for lateness of returning car and a conflict in excuses as to why late and where the cars are stored. Disgusted.
