Apple.es use Cetelem as micro loans…

Apple.es use Cetelem as micro loans processor, I've bought several Apple products and financed them with Cetelem with no issues, as I got the Spanish nationality the nightmare begins, dozens of calls and several Email just to update my identity From residence card to National ID card. and worst customer support ever after 2 years an employee tells me that I need several certificates to update my data which niether my bank nor several CC cards issurers asked me to provide, Now I'll keep my old data and I'll never use apple.es nor Cetelem.es

I thought nobody worst then AliExpress but no no Aliexpress is way better than their CS, I was thinking how Apple uses 1.3 rated bank but checking they already have 2.2 then no surprise haha!

Apple Store's employees in Madrid have no clue about the products they sell

I recently visited the Apple Store in Madrid to repair my MacBook, which had a failing battery after 4 years of use. Unfortunately, after a software upgrade, the laptop wouldn't turn on at all.

The technical service at the store suggested that the motherboard had failed and that it might be better to buy a new computer. While I was disappointed with this recommendation, I understand that motherboard failures can be difficult to repair and sometimes require costly replacements.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the level of expertise of the Apple Store employees when it came repairs. It would have been helpful if they had provided more options.

Overall, my experience with Apple's customer service in Madrid was mixed. While the technical service provided a recommendation, I felt that the employees could have been more knowledgeable and provided more options for repair. I hope that in the future, Apple can invest in further training for its employees to provide better customer support.

I went to the main store, and they told me same and they behave like they do not want to help always doing several things and saying the same things. I am upset.

Apple, Spain is hopeless

Apple, Spain is hopeless. I’m currently visiting Valencia, Spain for a few days, when my MacBook Pro screen went black.
First I went to nearby Clinica Apple. They promised to get back to me quickly via WhatsApp, but they didn’t. So had to go to the store again 2 days later to be told that that they were unable to source a common spare part.
Next I went to Apple’s own Valencia store. On their website it said that they were not busy at this time. Still the friendly rep at the door asked me, if I had an appointment. No. He would try to find an appointment me at a later time, maybe tomorrow, so that I could come back. Would I please give my name and contact details. No.
First Apple don’t want to see me, then you don’t know whether they have a common spare part and lastly they don’t know whether my Mac can be repaired by tomorrow night, when I’m leaving Valencia.
Bottom line is that my Mac will not work for the foreseeable future, since I’m on the road.
Conclusion is that Apple has no respect or commitment for their own products.
Forget about Apple and buy a PC.

I have bought and used Apple products…

I have bought and used Apple products for years. I love Apple products. Imagine my surprise then to get such aggressive and disappoining service from the store in Valencia.I was asking about the watch strap I bought last year as it has streched and no longer fits. A woman, who said she was the manager, tried to put every obsticle in place to not help me. I know that any invoice from Apple can be found using your Email, however they refused to look for it. I then found it on my phone so the next block was to say they would do nothing without the origibnal box, which of course I didn't have with me. I asked for the Mangers name and she refused to give it to me. I asked why would you not give me your name and she said she did not want to. At this point I just left in disbelief. THIS IS NOT THE SERVICE YOU EXPECT FROM APPLE AND SHE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HERSELF.

Great quality but too expensive

I have been an user of Apple for many years already. I am happy with the quality of the product but I think the price is out of hands... Also it seems like the life of the product is getting shorter and shorter. Still better quality in the market
