Pablo was able to start working on my water damaged Mac within 20 minutes. He did a brilliant job and he recovered the data. He was a lifesaver! I would recommend him to anyone who uses Macs.

Very happy with my old MacBook Pro's revival which stopped showing signs of life - it feels like a miracle! It's been fast and efficient service despite the unexpected problems with the hard drive and great communication throughout - very pleasant experience overall. I'm very grateful to the person who recommended Pablo's company to me and can highly recommend it to anyone who needs help with Apple products!

Pablo was fantastic, he helped me out quickly with my iphone, gave me a replacement iphone for the time needed and was just a pleasure to deal with. And has excellent products at low cost.

Every part of my experience with Pablo was just above and beyond. He diligently fixed my Macbook Pro that was completely dead. Eventually swapped out the logic board at an extremely reasonable price and didn’t charge me for previously saving the data (i’m an art director and have sooo much work on there) as it was all there on logic board swap. Recommend to many friends who have also used his service. My tech life feels safer with Pablo in it! Thank you endlessly.

I had a problem with the charging port on my iPhone. I contacted Pablo who was more than happy to fit me in immediately.

Pablo explained there is a common flaw with my iPhone model and would let me know if this was the case.

The exchange was all covid secure.

He emailed me only 45 minutes later to let me know he had fixed the problem.
It turned out it was in fact from the common flaw.

Pablo was super efficient, friendly and true to his words. He fixed the problems that my laptop had and the whole process was extremely smooth.

OMG, Pablo was amazing! He called me back in 10 minutes, even though it was mid evening, he calmed down a panicking technophobe who thought he had lost his whole online facility, he calmly identified the problem and talked me through the solution and even when I lacked the necessary cable he told me exactly what to get. No fuss, no panic, nothing was too much trouble - and I’d happily have paid him double. Everyone with a computer should have Pablo on the end of their phone.

The customer service follow up was excellent and I’ll use Applecore again.

At very short notice was looking for a Router one that used to be sold by Apple but was now discontinued and I was only seeing extortionate prices on eBay. I got into contact with Pablo not only was he able to source me the product, I was also able to pick up the same day! Very efficient and environmentally friendly!
