Goods quality were as expected although it’s on the pricy side, but I can accept the price as it’s hand made, however I think you need to look at your designs again. The small crate doesn’t fit 2 pairs of shoes, adding just 2-3cm would allow for 2 normal pairs of shoes to fit it. So it’s now a bit of a tight squeeze to use the product.

This review is based on a recent experience with Apple Crates so potential customers can make their own judgement.
We wanted to buy their hardwood wall or door mounted shoe rack so I emailed asking what Hardwood is used. I received a response stating "I don't know what type of hardwood the ply that we use".
This didn't sit well with me because, ply is not a hardwood and how can you state "top quality hardwood" on your website then not know what the "top quality" hardwood is. It's misleading and basically lying, if someone doesn't know about wood they will purchase this believing they are buying something that it is not.
I went back informing them that this is wrong and after 6 days I am yet to receive a response and their website description is still the same.
My opinion is that this is an unethical away to do business and if I had heard back I wouldn't be writing this review.

Response to reply: Did you even read my review? You are describing and selling a product as hardwood when it's ply! This is misleading and unethical so how am I in the wrong here. You ignored my email and have now replied with a childish response. Learn some customer service and maybe you won't get bad reviews.

Great product for a narrow hallway , well made & easy to put together. Lovely wooden shelf in dark option with very robust legs in black.
