Great communication and service. We did however receive far too many emails from evri with regard to the dispatch of the items. This was somewhat tiresome but can't fault Applecrates.co.uk at all.

The purchase has now arrived and I can amend my previous review. The wedding postbox is excellent -good quality and will do the job on the day then make a lovely keepsake storage box afterwards. The personalisation looks high quality and the box has a heavenly wood smell. thank you

Good design
The items were well constructed and were received more speedily than expected. I was rather disappointed that the interior surfaces were quite rough. Perhaps better finishes of the internal surfaces together with a corresponding price adjustment would have been more acceptable and given a 5 star rating
