Discrimination from David

David served me with a Section 21 after a definitive relationship breakdown with my ex. David then exclaimed that I could not “afford” to live there alone, yet I lived there for two and a half years without my ex and managed just fine.

When I told him that he's making me and my 9-year-old son homeless, he just shrugged it off like it was nothing.

We lived there for nearly 4 years and made it into a lovely, contemporary home perfect for my son and me, especially as it was so close to his school and to my university and work.

At the time:

• I just became paralysed

• Had to resign from my job, which I loved with all my heart

• Alone

• Oppressed

• Facing homelessness

It is important to remember dave is hard working and will deliver

This agent had good selection of fair priced properties.dave works really hard and like all agents ive contacted you have to be patient. He was allways on time and gave me a grate service.i would recomend him to eny one.every firm has good and bad reviews but at the end of the day dave gave me a good deal and did exacacly what he said.other agents prices where alot dearer,polite and puncual.meny thanks to dave and his staff.well done .

Holiday Letting - misled and breach of contract

Holiday Letting - Misleading Advertising.
Issue Start Date: 13th August 2023
I have recently returned from my Tour of Duty with the UK Ministry of Defence in the Middle East.
I have signed a holiday/short let contract with Apple Property Services Ltd in The Borough of Havering.
They have taken £10k (3 months rent in advance and 1 month deposit of £2500) in order for me to secure and move in to the Holiday Let property.
I checked the contract and it doesn't stipulate for me to pay for utilities including council tax.
I am now being forced to pay for utilities including council tax.
The house is in disrepair (toilet not working) with no gas or electric certificate given.
I don't find it safe for my wife and children to move in.
I am being pressured to hand the keys and leave the property.
The Holiday Let contract does not stipulate that I have to pay for this but the Landlords Letting Agent (Apple Property Services Ltd) is demanding I pay.
He has now registered me under the utilities and council tax!!
This is after I have payed for the 3 month upfront and a deposit.
He threatened to take the key back when I challenged him on this utilities and council tax payment and the state of disrepair in the house.
From what is happening it seems like I'm on a AST but agent rejects that.
I have reported the agent/landlord to the Landlord Licencing and Environmental Health team at the council.

He has also breached the contract by changing the locks on the property when I left the property after a few days to move to another legitimate holiday let property.

Disappointing customer service from David!!!!

Great place, bad service! David from apple property services is pulling this agency down.

We should've seen this coming when we booked for viewing and moving in but we neglected this as the place looks nice.

However, the service provided and the way he speak to the tenants is appalling. Consider this when making a decision on using Apple Property Services. David needs a customer service training asap or maybe he needs his humanity back.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! KATRINA NOLAN!!! APPLE ESTATES!!!

Katrina Nolan is a piece of work.
Takes advantage of young people and women with children.
Her attitude is worse than my 8 year old daughter.
She is very unprofessional.
They are ripping off benefits and botch jobbing over properties. I have loads of videos and pictures and messages from her. AVOID AT ALL COST. THANK GOD THE NEW HOUSING LAWS CAME INTO PLAY!

Very unprofessional with a vile attitude

As the majority of the reviews state. The company are very unprofessional and lack respect for customers. A male who answered the phone was ill-mannered and seemed to be pleased with going back and fourth with a customer. For future recommendation to the specific person, if you are unhappy at your job, find another. There are plenty of agencies providing opportunities.

I had two booked appointments to see two properties on 10/09/2021, nobody from Apple showed up. I have called 10 times and no answer I was simply ignored. I then called numerous times and when they did finally answer they mentioned to me that they will call me in 20 minutes to see if they are available to show me the property, I do not think this was an answer thinking about me as a customer, as it was their fault they should have said that they will show the property and sorry for the inconvenience caused. I was waiting to receive this call, but I never received it. They were not professional; they do not respect the appointments and they do not think about the customers. I asked for the procedure to file a complaint they told me that they will send me an email on Monday for that and guess what? They never did! Rude terrible and disrespectful avoid this small disgusting company at all costs!

Called this company about a vacant…

Called this company about a vacant property that was advertised. A male answers who was a rude imbecile and this incompetent virus wanted to fight over the phone. I asked him if the property can be under my partners name who is not Woking he said no. I then said I am earning the required amount if I was to live there which I was not planning to as I have another property then does that work he replied with thats FRAUD and we do not want tenants like you!! This rude judgemental imbecile has really worked me up for no reason!! I will leave this review everywhere so others can understand what kind of company they are dealing with. VERY ABUSIVE VERY RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEEDS KARMA HIT HIS FOUL MOUTH!!!

David ‘Apple property services’ is a trap and fraudster, conning the people. CoVid-19 does not bothered him. One side they are conning the people and on the other side claiming business grant from the government. David knows what he is up to. Business and Local Authority should revoke his license.

Excellent service

As a multi landlord i could not be happier with my decision to change from my previous managing agents (a well know national brand) to Apple Property Services. They ensured the transition was smooth and straightforward. They made sure to advise me along the way, keeping me informed at all times, and have dealt with any property issues promptly. I am confident my properties are in safe hands. I have recommended Apple Property Services to my family and friends who have also decided to use their services and we couldn’t be happier. It’s refreshing to come across an agency who actually does what it says on the tin!

Can't express enough the excellent …

Can't express enough the excellent service, very helpfull, knowledgeable
service provided. Just by speaking to him, he has given me the trust that others agent failed. A rare find in this market!
