Please please please save yourself the aggregation and buy from another company, ordered a cooker 1st of may never arrived after numerous phone calls I finally cancelled in July they never refunded my money after more phone calls and endless excuses ( accountant on holiday or been rushed to hospital !!) I had to get my credit card company to deal with them, absolutely shocking customer service.

Do not use this Company at all costs I waited almost 9 months for freezer I didn’t receive it. I cancelled my order on the 18th of August 2021 and received my refund 20th of September 2021 this is the worst Company I’ve ever dealt I didn’t get an apology I didn’t get compensation they do not care !!

Do not buy anything from this company. I purchased a freezer in January. Delivery delayed to March. I had to chase them to find out when it would be delivered and it kept being delayed so I cancelled the ordered and asked for a refund. Despite various emails I still don’t have a refund, it’s now mid September! They clearly do this all the time judging by other reviews. I will be contacting trading standards. Do not give them your money!!!!

Brought glass front fridge in May, there was a delay in delivery, we was happy to wait, then on delivery date was told we will need to wait another 6 weeks. We cancelled and requested refund, which we was told it will be back on account after 15 days. After emails back and forth we still did not receive the refund. We called the bank and arranged with them to reclaim our refund back. The bank said after a certain time you can not involve the bank to claim your refund back, that's why the company try to delay the delivery to loose time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO WASTE.

Bought fridge. After 2h I cancelled order. Waiting 6 weeks so far for refund and still waiting. They don't pick up a phone!

My complaint is below. However, before I begin. Check their website where it has 5 star reviews and a green star beside it which makes you think it is a trust pilot review. I have checked trust pilot for the 5 star review on the 17th September and what a surprise I can't find it in the actual trust pilot site!
Ordered dishwasher at the beginning of May. After delays and ignored emails, I was told delivery would be August. End of August told November. Emailed to request refund. Nil response and no way to contact them via telephone. Sent another email to be told to send a further email to the cancellations team. Received email stating monies would be refunded within 21 days. Now day 22 and still no monies. Sent further email and received the same as previous email. "Sorry you have issues but you will be refunded in 21 days". From the reviews here and also a bit of investigation this company appears to be a complete scam as they are taking monies from people who will never receive goods. Don't bother pay the extra and go to a reputable company.

Absolute disgrace of a company - ordered 3 appliances from them back at the beginning of June, they didn’t deliver for the date stated when purchasing, I’ve been chasing a refund ever since and haven’t been able to speak with anyone directly once! I will know be reporting them to trading standards and contacting my bank for the refund! I will be also seeking legal advise as you have withheld essential funds that are needed for essential appliances, It is totally unacceptable that they should be allowed to continue to do this to other people!

Had a similar experience as other poor reviewers. After 2 months of being fobbed off with automated emails, I eventually went to my credit card company to get a refund. Have reported them to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice Bureau and they have suggested I might like to also report them to Action Fraud. They are a complete scam.

Stupidly I placed an order without reading reviews!! I have been waiting a month for delivery and keep being fobbed off with a date. You can never speak to them on the phone as they say they are too busy! I am going to report them to trading standards and will now go through my credit card company to recover the money I have paid. Highly disappointing
Highly disappointing, i had read the bad reviews but thought i’d take the risk seen as all review on the site is positive (big mistake). I had bought a washing machine in July, a preorder for August. I called in August and was told that yes the order will be with me by mid/end of August on for an email to be sent at the end of August that it will now arrive in November. Now to get a refund will probably be an issue as i received email that it could take a month.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered something in June they said was available, when I hadn’t heard one month later they said they would check. No response. When i said i wanted to cancel in August they deferred the cancellation as said i had to cancel with cancellations. It’s now one month since cancellations and havnt recieved a penny. Going to report them to trading standards. Update on 8 September - email recieved (clearly only because i have added this review to trust pilot and threatened trading standards and also i have contacted to bank to recover the payment) from the company, saying refund will be processed. My mistake, they havnt actually still refunded the payment. Got an email 2 weeks ago after the review telling me i would get a refund. It hasnt arrived. My bank has refunded me the payment whilst they take them on.i will never use them again. What is amazing is that they can offer stock that is available and in stock ready for delivery in 10 days and they dont have it. You pay, and they sit on your money for 2 to 3 months before getting it back after a tortious process, and no goods recieved. that feels like deception to obtain funds, for goods they dont have.

machine arrived and still waiting on refund! Can't get through on phone and nor responding to emails. Please don't use them. Managed to get a washing machine delivered in 3 days from Curry's with installation really cheap! My bank is dealing with it now so should get cash back but what a hassle. Find it difficult to understand why anyone would work for this diabolical company

Same issues as all other bad reviews. The reviews on their website are all 5 stars!? Obviously fake reviews. Take your money, false delivery dates or no contact at all. Never answer the phone. They had our money for 114 days then when we cancelled due to them not having the appliance we bought, made us wait 36 working days for a refund. The only way I got my money was after a call to CAB who told me to give them a date to pay by and if they didn't, trading standards would be informed. When they had 3 days left to pay, I emailed them to remind them they had 3 days left, they said there is a cheque waiting to be signed before it would be posted! I reminded them that the money would not be in my account in time, then miraculously, they put the money back on to the card we paid with! No apologies, no remorse. Awful scam company. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a freezer in April. Still not received. Got refunded a couple of weeks ago. Then I receive an email Friday to say they now have stock and they have taken the money out again without my permission! Tried to ring them LINES ARE BUSY email them.
