This company is a Cancer AVOID !!

This company is a Cancer AVOID !!. Ordered a W/M £520, 3 months no washing machine so asked for a refund, 8 weeks later still waiting for it. APPLIANCE GROUP YOU ARE THE WORST KIND OF CANCER MAN COULD EVER STUMBLE UPON.

Absolute s**t show!!!!

Shame there is not a 0 star rating. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Waited 3 months for an appliance and that never arrived. After contacting them they informed me that it was out of stock, obviously at this point any normal person would contact the buyer and let them know but instead they just left me guessing. They then told me they would send me alternative appliances via email but guess what I never recieved. After me contacting them again they said there are no alternatives available so I asked for a refund and they said it would take 14 days. Its now been over a month and still no refund. DO NOT SEND THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!

I would definitely not order from this…

I would definitely not order from this company did not receive any goods within a 3month period, after continuosly trying to contact them only got a reply back after I had filed forms with the bank to be told it would be another month 'maybe' then request a refund which I'm still waiting for 4 weeks later and no response from any contact I've made to try and find out where my refund is. I am now taking legal action against them. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Just about the worst experience you…

Just about the worst experience you could imagine.

Products cancelled. Refund promised. 8 and nothing. Nothing. Emails now back and forth promising results. Had to a charge back on the credit card in the end.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!
ordered in March product never arrived cancelled told at least 21 days for refund well past that now! Having read other reviews I guess I'll never see that money again ! This company needs exposing for the thieves they are. We work hard for the little money we have and now we have lost this to a company that had no intention of supplying the purchased item or providing a refund ! Time to go to the media I feel and let as many people as possible know about this scam !

DONT USE THIS COMPANY…

I ordered a dryer with this company back in may, the item didn’t arrive then 4 week later was told it was going to be a futher 4+ weeks to which I then cancelled I’m still awaiting my refund almost 8 weeks later. Constantly getting excuses as to why I’ve not received my refund one being there accountant is on holiday 😳

Do not buy from here!!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I have been waiting for my fridge freezer since February 2021 and still neither it or my refund ( requested over 2 months ago) has arrived. The communication is disgusting. No customer service. No care no apology nothing. They owe me nearly £400 and still after over 60+ emails I have received nothing but excuses and probably 1 email to 10 of mine.

Addendum to my last review

Addendum to my last review. As others have said - avoid dealing with them at all costs. I REALLY wish I’d checked the company out on trustpilot before I ordered - lesson learned. I ordered a fridge freezer over 6 months ago. Every phone call and e-mail has been responded to with lies. Promises of call returns were never made - promises of delivery were never honoured - the same with refunds via both bacs and cheques. Frankly I don’t know how any of their staff sleep at night with all the lies they tell - id rather go hungry than work there!
Excuses used have ranged from problems with their delivery company, the Suez Canal blockage, Brexit, coronavirus and problems with their bacs system.
I dread to think how much of other peoples money this company is holding on to without any intention of offering a product or refund - it must be many thousands.
I sincerely hope they go out of business soon to avoid misery to countless others who, like me, can ill afford to lose their money. I just hope we get our money back before they do.
Appliance group - please don’t respond to this - I’ve had as much lies and bull from your staff as I can take. I’m off to the solicitors!

I ordered a cooker on the 20th June and…

I ordered a cooker on the 20th June and cancelled two days later after being told that it's going to take at least 4 weeks to deliver! After getting cancellation confirmation I received a phone call from them offering me a coupon instead of refund but I just wanted my money back.

Almost 2 months later I'm still waiting for my refund...Emailed them many times and tried to call but all I get is automated messages!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I would not even give this company 1 star! Do not order from them. Absalute scammers. They just want your money and full of empty promises! I asked for a refund on the 15th July as they could not deliver within a reasonable time. Still waiting for refund! Have emailed numerous times and just get an automated message back. Tried phoning but it just says their staff are too busy... I wonder why?!
Next stop trading standards. I hope they get prison time for swindling hard working people out of money!

Avoid this shambles of a company

Waiting over a year for a product that never arrived, the customer services team was misleading and unhelpful. Eventually, they turned their phone lies off and put an automated voice on the line. They took weeks to come back to emails.

Even at the point of canceling my item and getting a refund, they did not respond.

Avoid this so-called business at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is an absolute joke and can not be trusted.

This company is an absolute joke and a complete rip off.
Ordered a freezer in Feb 2021.
Countless empty promises on delivery.
In June we were promised yet another delivery date within 14 days. August 2021 still no freezer.
Cancelled the order. Promised refund within 24 hrs. NOTHING.
After countless phone calls to them trying to get a refund, and being told a different story every time you spoke to someone, we contacted citizens advice who were extremely helpful. They gave us a cancelation letter template which included various consumer legality.
We had to fill in a few blanks ie name, address, and we also kept a diary of when we contacted them and dates of emails sent etc .
Sent the cancellation letter to them via signed recorded delivery, with a final date we expected to receive the refund.
Amazing . . . We received a refund cheque within 24 hours.
I can only advise you to stay way clear of this company.
A total scam from our experience.

This company is a scam, ordered a washing machine back in May, delivery should of been July to be told it couldn't be delivered until August so I cancelled the order still waiting for a refund I've phoned and emailed them at least 10 time's every time to be told it will be sorted I even contacted the Trade and Standards.103

Avoid this company at all cost

Avoid this company, pay the extra go somewhere else, over 30 days on a 2-week delivery, you can't get in touch with them, they will not respond to emails or phone calls,really disappointed stay clear had to get money called back through credit card.

Offer deals they can’t deliver..

We ordered (and paid for) a chest freezer in February 21. We had an email saying that due to the pandemic it had been delayed. What is a reasonable delay ?
I chased it up in May but again the pandemic excuse was used. In June I phoned to cancel, but was offered a 15% discount if I could wait a further 2 weeks ! It never turned up and we have now been waiting a month for a refund that was promised in 2 weeks. This company is pathetic and offer deals they can’t deliver. Ripping off customers during a pandemic ? Hope they’re proud…😡

Don't go there. Took my 369.99 immediately and 5 weeks later still not had the washer dryer and yet they're still advertising. How are they allowed to do that?

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company their customer service is appalling. I ordered a washing machine from them at the end of June. 2 weeks later I had heard nothing from them I contacted them to be told that it had gone out of stock and could I wait another 7-10 weeks. I cancelled immediately only to be told a refund could take up to 21 working days why this should be I have no idea. Even this has proved too much for them as over a month later I am still waiting. This company for whatever reason is scamming people I repeat have nothing to do with this company you will not see your purchases or to my experience get your money back. Disgraceful !!

You have had my details for 7 weeks I have emailed you on several occasions you have said you will update me but never have. You are clearly scammers. I would be prepared to eat my words if you pay me back my money that you have had for goods you obviously had no intention of supplying. Shame on you!
