Can’t return an incorrect part. Customer service (automated) states they aren’t accepting calls. Tried to use self service returns. It’s just a loop that states “return was not accepted” because a part wasn’t selected. There’s only 1 part! BBB has many complaints, including mine! Even folks who were able to get a return authorization state they never received the refund. Do not shop here!! I doubt I will receive my refund. Learn from my mistake! Shop elsewhere!!!!

The review title says it all! Pricing was in line with the most competitive parts sellers and I had my part in three days with standard shipping. I would've been happy with a knock-off part for my elderly range, but the part they sent was in an official GE parts bag. I'll definitely check them first the next time one of my appliances starts acting up.

I was looking for a shelf for my frige since I had one recently break. I hopped onto google found a brand new shelf for a good price and two days later it was delivered! I got 5 emails from appliance parts 365 which I think is fantastic! My shelf fits and I didnt even have to wait for it! And it's christmas time! I will be buying all my appliance parts from them! Hands down!

Ordered fridge compressor and firmware update device, over $500, billed credit card immediately -- then nothing. No emails, tracking numbers, nothing ever shipped. Emails to cancel order never acknowledged. Disputing charge with credit card company.

Jordan R answered the phone and emails enough to start a return on my part! I returned the part and have got no response or refund of my $98.00. Unable to get a response from multiple emails and no answer on the phone! Went straight to voicemail approximately 10 times! Google reviews are probably made by them! Check bbb for real reviews!

I purchased a GE Refrigerator Dispenser Control Board part#WR55X22608 on Your Order # 1342*** (placed on Wednesday, May 3, 2023), told it was backorder 5-4-2023 then after repeated email inquiries got an email they canceled the order on 10-2-2024, after repeated emails I emailed the BBB 12-13-2023 that did nothing since they have an F rating at the BBB, so I called them at 877-365-6653 and was told they will send a check on 1-10-2024, after more emails they said they would refund by credit card on 2-14-2024 which they did not, after more email they emailed me and said they where behind and was catching up and would get me taken care of which was not true on 5.1.2024, after some more emails on 8-19-2024 I got a response that said he will look into it and I have never heard from them again. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMING GUYS.

Appliance parts 365 is a rip off. A very unprofessional company which is the perfect example of how NOT to do business. I ordered a refrigeration compressor and when I got it in and installed it it didn't work. I understand this happens every once in a while-not the end of the world. I called the customer service number I found for them and it basically sent me to a voicemail that went nowhere and I couldn't leave a message. I emailed them and I did get a response that told me they would look over the "case" and get back to me soon. More than a week later they said the case was still being reviewed. I was clear that I wasn't expecting my money back I just needed a replacement compressor and of course would send the nonworking one back to them so they could test it themselves. No response at all. I hounded them constantly and I finally got a reply which seemed more automated than anything. And then not another word from them. It's been more than a year now since then, I haven't forgotten, I won't let it go, I still want compensation. So don't put yourself in the same boat as me; don't deal with this company. Order from somewhere else legit where you won't get screwed over and ignored and avoid these scumbags altogether.

He came out on Saturday, August 24th. He told me a need to replace fan. I asked him if I need to buy a new refrigerator, he assured me I did not. Waited 2 days for parts. He installed it on Monday, August 26th. I paid him $513.60. Refrigerator was still not cooling. He came back on Thursday, August 29, he said I need a new board for $336.00. After he left, now it does not work at all. I am now buying a new refrigerator. I have lost $500 worth of food. I called the company and they would do NOTHING about it.

Cancelling an order now. Been showing in pending status for months. No response from the company as to what's going despite multiple attempts to contact them. I'd move on to the next vendor.

Ordered a part for my dryer. Waited for seven days for an update on the delivery. After contacting them twice without a response I got a message that the order was cancelled without any explanation. Would not recommend.

Placed order over 2 weeks. email said would send tracking # and no email. Sent out 4 emails left 4 voicemails and no response. Went to BBB website and they have very bad reviews there too. I had friend living in Cincinnati and he said this company has a bad reputation also in their own home town. They basically dupe customers of their money. all their review according to people in Cincinnati are posted by their friends and family to make them look good online. I have already filed complaint with Ohio Dept. of Consumer affairs and also with St. of California consumers department. I suggest people to file complaint against them with Ohio Dept. Of Consumer Affairs more complaint they get they will start a detailed investigation of this business. Spoke to people at Ohio Dept. of Consumer Affairs and they said they have received quite a few complaints against this company.

Sing up my profile to to Place an order on April 25th, 2024. It was processed. After a week I decided to check the status since they never sent me any kind of confirmation email or any kind of communication. When I entered my credential "email and password" it said no account found under that email. I sent them a message on their website never replied sent another message never replied to make the long story short I sent over 10 messages and they never replied not even once my credit card was charged for the amount of $65.01. It's may 31st still waiting. There's no phone number anywhere. When I decided to Google this company reviews I found out that they do this with almost everyone, sadly it was too late for me. If anyone who's planning to buy from them I advise you not to. Please don't they are a scam. They not only steal my money they also deleted my profile and account information from their website. I made a complaint with my bank "AFFIRM" and they didn't do anything about it, kept asking me to send them proof which I did and nothing. APPLIANCE PARTS 365 IS A SCAM. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM THEM.

Ordered the part for refrigerator - they sent the wrong parts. Tried to call, email and all the method we could, no responses. This is a scam so do not use this company!

Absolutely terrible. Received no part, was billed they were paid, and we never got a refund after multiple requests to resend part or refund! Never Again! We have left many messages never to be returned! Be warned! This company is a total rip off!

Ordered a part for an LG A/C . Wrong item sent. They promised to refund the amount but nothing done. Cannot get hold of anyone nor any case dispute answered. Gave up in the end.

This company was paid to fix two of our washing machines. One was done on our premises and the other they had to take back to their offices. When I got it back there was still a problem. They came to collect the washing machine (Begin Desember 2023) and said they'll fixed it on there own cost as it was not my error. I am still waiting for my machine (10 April 2024). You can't get hold of anyone. Leave whatsapp messages, e-mails, phone calls. No response only empty promises in the past. Do not use this company.

First, there is no available phone number to contact this firm. Only communications is via an unmonitored email site.
Second, the returen policy is totally customer unfriendly!
The only acceptable returns are those which were never opened or apparently tried to see if the evne fit the unit they are supposed to repair.
It's all on the customer to determine whether the part is correct and working properly.
Don't ever use this firm if same part is available especially so if it's available on Amazon who has a much better and customer friendly set of return policies.
Oh, and buy the way there are multiple methoda for contacting and communicating with Amazon.

I ordered a refrigerator part LAST April and has never been delivered. I sent emails and all that came back were canned responses. I tried calling but the phone number only goes to voice mail. This place is a sham. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will keep posting bad reviews until I get my money back. And Applicance Parts 365, if you are reviewing this, you can check order #1332577 and send my money back if you want me to stop posting everywhere.
