I ordered a refrigerator part LAST April and has never been delivered. I sent emails and all that came back were canned responses. I tried calling but the phone number only goes to voice mail. This place is a sham. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will keep posting bad reviews until I get my money back. And Applicance Parts 365, if you are reviewing this, you can check order #1332577 and send my money back if you want me to stop posting everywhere.

Part doesn't fit despite my efforts to make sure it would.

I only ordered from here because I was told I could make an easy return. HA! This is the hardest return. I've sent two emails and the website "chat bubble" always produces an error message. No phone number to call. This is not worth the time and hassle. Learn from my mistake and just call a professional.

First I made and order by mistake and immediately wrote in to them asking to cancel. They did not and the part arrived over a week and a half later and it was not a good replacement as far as quality. I had already received the exact part I needed from another company. They told me they would send me a shipping label. Never happened. I should have learned but since they said they were sending me the shipping label and apologized I made another order. Again, wrong part came. I got an axle for a wheel instead of the wheel. They are impossible to reach by phone and have not answered my last several emails.

Stay well clear of this scam, some people are lucky and receive the correct parts or quantity you wont beable to contact them and they do not answer emails. Better Business bureau rating was 1/5* out of 467 reviews

They sent me the wrong part. Made it difficult to return the incorrect part. Paid the shipping to return the part.
They sent me a "refund confirmation" that has not been credited to my credit card after 8 days.
So, I'm out the cost of the original wrong part, the shipping to return the part and now they seem to have ghosted me.
No wonder they have such a poor BBB rating.

Ordered part May 17 2023. Part in stock when ordered but of course after ordering its all of a sudden not available and now on backorder. They do this to tie up your money so they can make interest on you. After months went by I emailed company to check on status of part, no response. Now it's October 1st and have sent complaint to Ohio State attorney General. This company is not LEGIT. Let's start a class action lawsuit and put this company out of business.

was shipped wrong part-not what i ordered.
they sent me a return label and received the part back 9/5. here it is the 15th with no refund.
After second request by phone today, two days after initial request, I received a credit

Ordered a Viking Oven Ignition
Electrode they sent me a freaking knob. Then they close up for 3 day weekend. Oven should be up and running, but thanks to Appliance Parts 365 no oven for 3 day weekend. I put in dispute with CC company. Should have just purchased from a name brand web store.

This company sent the wrong part and still has not issued credit after 5 months. DO NOT order from them and expect reliable service.

I informed the company as soon as the order shipped that only one item was listed as being shipped and I inquired when the other item would be delivered. I did not receive a response multiple times. When I did get a response, I was informed that the order was delivered. Which once again ignored that not the ENTIRETY of the order was delivered. I have tried to resolve this multiple times and each time would end with customer service member "Alexis" failing to provide a resolution or continue to respond. Because of this, I will never purchase another item from this company and will recommend to not purchase items here to every person I know.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered back on February 18, 2023. For a microwave plate that they say is in stock on they're page. I then got an email saying it was backorder. Like for one why does it say in stock on the website, just straight lying to customers to get sales. The freaking page was $60! They said it would only take 18 days. Well yall see how that span out. I contacted them and they said it would be longer. I said okay, but now at this point it's been, I contacted them I'm June sometime asking for a refund bc I have no had a decent working microwave and was just going to get a new one. And looking surprise here no one is responding now 😃 They're about to drive me crazy. I'm going to talk to my bank.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews for this company before placing my order. If I could give a negative 5, I would. I ordered a part for my oven on May 30th and a few minutes after I placed my order, my wife decided she wanted a new stove, so I quickly emailed back and canceled the order. I got a prompt response from the company cancelling the order and stating I would receive a refund to my credit card within 3 to 5 days. It is now almost 2 months and NOTHING. When I sent an inquiry as to why I had not received a refund, the mailbot quickly responded and said they were looking into it. When after a few days I got no response, I emailed again and this time not even the mailbot responded. DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from this company. I am out over $37.

I take back the positive recommendation I gave to this company. I will never do business with them again. I tried to return an incorrect part for our refrigerator but received absolutely no responses to telephone calls and countless emails almost pleading for them to respond to my inquiries. So, I swallowed big bucks and threw the damn thing away. Hope Cincinnati's Better Business Bureau or Chamber of Commerce are aware of their appalling business practices.

You do not want to do business with this company. I ordered a part 6/14/23. I never received an order confirmation, but my credit card was charged. After about 2 weeks, I sent a "chat" request as to status of my order. No response. After another week, I sent another "chat" stating to cancel order. No response. Contacted CC and opened dispute.

I bought an ice maker and they sent me a part that did not work. It didn't even look like the correct part. It was much smaller than my original ice maker. I returned it a month ago and received confirmation from USPS that it was received. I have yet to receive a refund. I've emailed them several times and they don't respond. This company is a scam. I wish I read reviews of this company before buying from them. So incredibly frustrating that this company is still in business scamming people.

Ordered a side rail for a crisper drawer for a Whirlpool refrigerator. Order was confirmed for 2 side rails. Parts came fairly promptly but were labeled as center rails. Turns out there is no side rail, the entire frame has to be replaced, which is not their fault. Contacted them about a return, completed the return authorization request form and they have been silent, despite me reaching out via their website three times. No unauthorized returns will be refunded and there is a 30 day limit after which no refund will be given. Do not buy anything from this company

Ordered part, took forever to arrive. I had to follow up several times to find out what was going on with my order.
Finally received the part, but it was the wrong part. Went through the whole process that this company requires for a return and refund. It's now been over 3 weeks and I have emailed them every but now I can't get a response. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM.

Sham Business that will not send you what you’ve ordered, or anything else for that matter. They didn’t respond to 4 inquiries at all, then I sent them a few expletives and they responded saying they would send the parts. Then they went silent again.

The absolute worst. Ordered a part like everyone else. Waited. Waited. Waited. Waited. Requested update. Waited. Waited. Requested update. Waited. Waited. Reversed the charges and said screw it.
